This bag is well made and has a nice appearance. The one handle connects by a metal loop on both side which narrows the opening a little. It would be nice if there were two handles on either side. I purchased an additional guitar strap with clips to use. The pockets are not very deep, some bags have deep pockets, this one does not. It all depends on people's personal preference. The features I liked was the material is very nice and soft and the width, height, depth of the bag which enables you to fit quite a few items in it. The depth of this bag is larger than most bags (5 inches) which is a good feature. The side pockets can only be used for pens or receipts, I don't think an umbrella or water bottle can fit. The same goes for the outside side pocket, not very deep, maybe pens, business cards, receipts. I give it five stars because it is well made and very attractive and functional. Certain features can be a matter of personal preference and should not detract from the quality of the bag. Just gives you an excuse to buy more bags.

This bag has a nice feel to it, very soft. I hope it last a while. Would like to purchase more colors but waiting hopefully on it being reduced :)

I love this handbag. I love the color . Will purchase again in a different color. It’s soft has several pockets on the inside and out. It’s great for every day. Has a mini pouch that’s detachable also has space for cell phone and other items. I give it a five star.

As a general rule I like Montana West products. And while this one is okay, it's not my favorite mainly because it won't stand up on its own. That said, I do like the outside storage (a zippered pocket on back and 2 side pouches); they are just what I need for storing my Metro card and keys. I also like the finish of the bag.

Absolutely love this purse. It is the best purse I’ve ever owned. Aesthetically pleasing. It’s comfortable to carry. Has 2 sets of straps for shoulder carry or crossbody. Excellent value for the price. Zippers are sturdy. The whole purse is sturdy.

I have been looking for the perfect bag for a while. I think I've found it! This has several pockets on the inside, which can hold your phone, glasses or whatever. It also comes with a separate little make-up type bag, also perfect. It has a zipper on the outside as well, really good for those automatic car keys and other items. As well as two side pockets. I keep my reading glasses handy in one of those side pockets so I don't have to even bother looking inside the bag for them when needed. The bag itself is very soft and yet sturdy enough to hold a lot of stuff. I love the color I choose (the green one) and everything about it. The only thing I'd change on it would be to have an adjustable strap. The strap is a bit short so if you're someone that doesn't like a short shoulder bag then it isn't for you. But I find it perfect and will use this for a long time.
