Description

The Monstrum Tactical S3932-AO is a full-featured scope suitable for hunting, target shooting, or tactical use. The scope comes equipped with: Adjustable 3-9 times magnification, for targeting out to 500 yards and beyond Adjustable reticle illumination with 5 brightness levels in both red and green, allowing for better reticle visibility at night or in low light environments 1/4 MOA/click windage and elevation adjustment dials with locking turrets An adjustable objective lens or AO - that allows for sharper focus of the target image, elimination of parallax, and range estimation A range finder reticle with markings that allows you to estimate range or compensate for bullet drop An aircraft grade 6061 aluminum construction, for lightweight and durable performance A detachable throw lever for smooth and controlled adjustment of magnification dial A sealed, nitrogen charged scope tube for resistance to fog and water The S3932-AO weighs 15 ounces. It has a 1 inch diameter tube and requires a mount with 1 inch diameter scope rings. The scope is 9.5 inches in total length. The outside diameter of the eyepiece is 39mm and the outside diameter of the objective lens is 45 mm. The package includes a pair of high profile 1 inch diameter scope rings. The rings mount to any flat top Picatinny rail equipped rifle.

For the price I paid, I would say this is great! I am quite the gun enthusiast. My wife asked me how many guns are enough, my answer is always the same. One more! I put this on a S&W 15-22. Has held zero for well over 2000 rounds. Glass is as expected as you should get at this price point. Actually, I've seen worse on more expensive scopes. Parallax adjustment is a nice feature that actually works. I have the same scope on my NATO 556 lower and 350L upper. Only around 200 rounds so far, but has held zero fine. Scope is Second Focal Pane which means the reticle size does not change with magnification. Reticule is ok but not blurry which is critical. Before I have always treated the illuminated reticule as a gimmick. But I am getting old and my eyes are not near as good as they used to be. Especially dusk or dawn. (Prime hunting time) Actually used the illuminated reticule this past hunting season. Deer was in shadows and imagine black reticule against a black object. No Joy. But I remembered the gimmick reticule. Turned it on with a simple twist. WOW was amazing, got my first freezer meat of the season. If you want better quality but not wanting to break the bank, try Monstrum Tactical G3 Series I have actually replaced this scope on my 350L with a G3 6-24x50. Not that I didn't like this scope, I just wanted higher magnification. The G3 scope has ever bit as clear glass as my Vortex Diamondback which cost 3x more. ... show more

Keep in mind this is a cheap scope and should be rated as such. I have it mounted on a 15/22 and I believe that is best for this scope. The finish is good and the lenses are clear until you are on full zoom. I sighted it in at 50 and then checked the hold over tick marks at 100. The reticle is not very crisp but I do like the illuminated reticle. I believe this is a good scope for a hunting and plinking set up. I would not recommend this for a high powered rifle. Stick with 22 or 223 AR type set ups. ... show more

Bummed it did not come with the mounts like the picture shows, but i also did not read anywhere where it said that it came with mounts, so that's my bad. Overall looks good I haven't shot with it yet. That's the true test of course.

I'm 74 and NEVER understood someone spending as much for a scope as for the rifle! So, in my MANY years, I've developed a 'formula'......NEVER SPEND MORE FOR A SCOPE THAN YOU DID FOR THE RIFLE!!! Simple! My new .22 MAG Rossi RS22M will cost around $250. So, I've got this scope for less than 1/3 the price of the rifle. Fits well with my 'formula'. The scope is HEAVY (inexpensive scope, REMEMBER!), but Fit, Finish, and Functionality are right up there with scopes I've paid 10X for!. For the bucks, this little HEAVY jewel just can't be beat! Very highly recommended. And, it really looks good in FDE!!!! And, it's heavy! ... show more

emailed monstrum 4 times over a months time before i got a reply was told the scope i bought 3 months ago was discontinued no warranty or parts available will never buy from monstrum again and this is a usa co.
