I’ve had it for about half a year now and it has NO wear and tear even though I can be quite rough with it. I’m able to stuff so much in this bag and the pockets and compartments make it very versatile. I’ve used it as a work bag, an art bag, and a vacation bag. It’s also very easy to clean and doesn’t get dirty easily at all. It’s waterproof too, I’ve ran though rain with my sketchbook inside and didn’t see a drop of water damage. I would have paid way more for this backpack - very well done, built with perfect stitching and materials. Light, comfortable, well cushioned, tons of pockets and compartments. I’m impressed. I gifted my husband a Tumi and sincerely prefer this one, which is mine :) absolutely worth it!

This is for the 15.6 inch size. I like this pack, seems well made so far. It is just the maximum size for a "personal item" on United and even crammed full it fit under the seat fine. Unlike some others this does have some minimal padding for your laptop, although you might also want a foam case as well if you are really going to drop it, I used it with a 14" chromebook. It does have a water bottle carrier, and I didn't have the "pack unzipped" problem that some people reported. ... show more

They aren't lying about the smooth zippers. I can't say I've ever seen a zipper this smooth before. Its a darker red than I expected and that is great. The small zippered pouch in the back is also padded. It is a million times better than my last one. This is a good quality product. For some reason the picture is pointing to the usb but says there is a hole for headphones, but there isn't a spot for headphones. Who needs that these days anyway. ... show more

The backpack is great and seems durable, however the zipper's seem mid quality like they may seperate over time with heavy use. Also, my MAIN ISSUE is the backpack is shipped folded, and even after weeks of use it still has a "factory seam". Probably wont matter for most, but something to consider.
