On Amazon for more than 15 years and this is the first negative review I've ever written, so take it to heart. Almost immediately upon use - normal, everyday use like, oh, say, plugging it in for the first time - the male extension bent. No, manufacturer, I did not use too much force. No, manufacturer, I did not twist it or push it or jam it in. No, manufacturer, I am not a weightlifter and do not know my own strength or any other ridiculous idea you may come up with as to why your product was immediately defective. Yes, manufacturer, I followed your specific return rules and yes, manufacturer, you did immediately send me ... ready for it folks? ... ready? ... ready? ... you did send me an autobot email that you would look into my claim, in a timely manner, and then get right back to me - three weeks ago. That is it. (Uh, by the way, what is there to "look into?" It bent when I plugged it in. Seems rather simple to me, and my guess is the same for everyone reading this "review" who are now not going to buy your product.) That is the last I ever heard from you. Yes, manufacturer, my email is up and running. Yes, manufacturer, I obviously gave you my correct email address or you could not have gone to all that trouble to have your computer system successfully send me a patronizing auto-message. Yes, manufacturer, you have my correct mailing address or Amazon could not have mailed me the defective unit. Yes, manufacturer, I sent in my replacement request within days so no, manufacturer, I did not wait too long to request a new one.
