I first found this olive oil in a supermarket in Venice, Italy. This is the olive oil that is used on a daily basis in Italy. It is wonderful! I now only use this olive oil for cooking at home. It is not bland, has what some may describe as fruity (olive) flavor and is not bitter with a mild peppery taste at the back of the tongue.
