This chair is large and was comfy for the first 2 months. Now the massage rollers are constantly stabbing me in the back, the cup holders are a pain if I cross my legs in the chair because they don't sit IN the rests. The Bluetooth feature never worked for me since day 1 and I REALLY wish this chair had wheels and was height adjustable to get it out of the way easier. Overall after 1 day the chair seems decent đź‘Ś I haven't had any problems except the cords, I was confused I thought i didn't need to use the cords to plug in and use besides using it to charge the Bluetooth speakers but you also have to use a separate cord and charger port to use the massage chair functionality, and there is no way to hide the wires in the back of the chair, but other than that the sound quality from the speakers are ok, and was hoping you could also be able lift the chair up higher the chair sits low. ... show more

Ok first product was missing a part, 2nd reclining handle installed backwards. But most importantly this company monibloom HAS NO CUSTONER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER they won’t even give you one - I asked via email and the just ignore that request. Tried their email only service but it takes a full day to hear back on simple questions like “ hello” I need help” can’t stress enough how pathetic their customer service was/is. I don’t buy this chair it’s nothing but a nightmare and then you have to take it apart and send it back. ... show more

I bought this to work at my desk at home. I have a bad back and my legs and feet swell while seated all day. The heat and massage in this chair has been such a relief. I think I like the support below my knees as much as the massage feature. I had purchased a different chair last year that supported my calves but left my feet and knees unsupported and when you sit for long periods of time you need that support. ... show more

I don't know how much you have to send to get durability and quality but apparently this is not enough. Put it all together, sat in it 2 nights, took it all apart, boxed it back up and made Amazon come and get it. Not comfortable, flimsy build and certainly wouldn't last a week in my house before it was falling apart. BT speakers sound like garbage, massager is terrible, and materials super thin. Plus it slid like ice on my hard wood floors. God's prayers if you buy this. ... show more
