This is a great gift for your mother. It is super cute and has great passages for them to fill out for you to learn more about them. The book is a great quality but the gold siding on the pages does come off and does get scratched easily.

The design is beautifully done with a soft flocked like cover, however, over time it can stain. This is beautifully done and I like how the areas are separated in the sections. It is quite condensed and can be filled by very specific memories. As a result, this was a bit overwhelming for me in this format.
