The opening in back is smaller so it might be hard to fit my laptop inside, but otherwise than that I love it. I don't like backpacks that have an opening that is too easily accessible in the event of a pickpocket, so this is just what I needed. It comes all wrapped and folded up, but if you stuff it and hang it up, the bag relaxes and returns to its natural shape. The zippers are smooth, but the zipper pulls could be a hassle in the long run since they're big and dangle, but they're quite pretty. Just handle them with care. The pockets are handy, but don't put anything valuable in them, just in case. Tissues, flossers, and little snacks would be ideal for them. Overall great bag, and decent for the price! Has a smell that still hasn't went away months later. The strap broke due to me hanging it at work, it isn't that heavy just cheaply sewn. It is cute and spacious, it fits my HP Elite laptop and has lots of zipper compartments.

The material is soft and rivals leather. The zipper quality is excellent. There's even hidden zippers on the sides and one inside the main compartment.
