I don't want others to make the same mistake, so note that this paper isn't very thick and wouldn't be a good sketchbook unless you don't care about paper quality. The media could not be loaded. Moleskine journals and notebooks are awesome. Great brand, paper is nice, and it has everything you need. Good layout. Affordable too. Only thing missing is a cover to protect it and make it unique. Found a really nice customizable full grain leather cover from Windrose Custom Goods, tons of colors to choose from and free initials added. Highly recommend! ... show more

They work every bit as well as any other bound notebook, I go through these things at a rate of more than one a month so they never even have the opportunity for the binding to wear out, the pages are filled long before that would be a possibility for almost any notebook. These are good notebooks, they're a nice size (a5-ish). These are about two and a half to three times the price of the non name brand ones.
