I have purchased this item several times and have always been very satisfied. But lately, the pages have been very difficult to tear off because not every page is perforated at the top - only about 2 out of 5 pages are perforated.

I love these notepads!!! Great quality and I will be purchasing again. Great for writing my grocery list and the paper is good quality . The notepad is pretty sturdy, whereas some are flimsy, but this is not the case.
