As advertised. Sturdy and well made. Not too hard to put on. There is no R and L so ambidextrous. Medium size fit my men's 8 1/2 M well. Heel-Arch-Toe Velcro straps secured shoes nicely. Used with high top athletic shoe and worked flawlessly. Price comparable. Well pleased with the aerator shoes performance plus a nice workout as well.

I will say these work, but I don’t find myself using them that often because of how much of a hassle it is to put them on my shoes and it doesn’t make it better that I am a size 7, so I have to wear my oversized shoes for these straps to fully fit overall it’s great quality. It’s just not that accessible. I wish I got the other version i was looking at..

These are great. My second pair. Aerated my daughter’s front yard with ease and got in 5,000 steps. My first pair came in handy when Virginia had a whole week of snow and freezing rain. Better traction than crampons. Was able to help my neighbors by delivering food who were literally snowed in on a hill.

Perfect for my feet. I am size 9 perfect fit. I used them twice so far and they feel strong. Velcro wrap around very well on my feet. We needed make some holes in the soil to put grass seed and work perfect. This is not my first time using these kind of shoes for aeration and seeding and I love them. Goes deep enough for seeding

Pretty good value for the price. I am not sure about using them for whole yard aeration since I have large yard, but if you are just overseeding a section or need to do a small section this is perfect for that. Too muddy and it will stick, to dry and it will be hard depending on soil, so try to find a balance in-between to make them easier to use and have less fatigue. The shovel is decent enough. The build quality is great overall, very sturdy. The spikes will eventually wear down and I am not sure how long the Velcro will hold up with all the dirt/mess that will inevitably get into the straps. I used them with rugged terrain shoes but would probably be better with a sturdy shoe like a work boot or hiking boot.
