Now you need to know that my daughter is on the spectrum, has motor skill issues, and is a pro at destroying things like shoes and bags and such. She took that bag everywhere, to every class and club meeting and the dining hall and in between and now at the end of the year it looks brand new. I got this backpack for this past semester and it held up! I always worry when buying online that it’s gonna be cheap material or break but no it is good material and hasn’t had any problems all! But I haven’t used to charging port because I don’t have a rechargeable battery!

Overall I love the bag, the look, and the size; however, the water bottle pockets are so small and so shallow that anything I put in there falls out when I hoist it onto my back. I had my dad modify it, cutting the pocket in half and adding grommets to make the pockets adjustable, by their’s still so short, that my water bottle and 24oz yeti both fall out whenever I move too fast with the bag on. I bought this because I was traveling internationally and I knew I would want something durable. It did not disappoint at all. This is better than the one my company purchased for my work laptop. The walls are padded but not clunky there is plenty of space for everything you need. The charging port was super usefull on planes and outside. I was able to fit my tablet, two reading books, two journals, a couple skeins of yarn to crochet, and my snacks for a flight and still hadn't used all the space. It's my go to item now. ... show more

This backpack fits all my random junk that i haul to class every day and it’s cute while being functional. however my one pet peeve with it is that the supposed cup holder spots on the sides are merely decorative and can barely hold my airpods, much less an actual water bottle. on the bright side, even though i’ve got one of those clunky water bottles, it does fit inside the backpack beside my books and things. another thing that isn’t actually a complaint and is something i could fix myself: there’s a velcro strap for the computer part but it’s just annoying in my opinion, it doesn’t serve much of a purpose. ... show more

Nothing wrong with it, but it was larger than what I needed. The backpack itself was sturdy and had many pockets! Tons of room which is why I returned it. It would be excellent for a someone who needed a lot of room.
