We got this table on Amazon and the table itself is fine. The wood is nice although the finish was rubbed off in multiple spots, annoying but not a dealbreaker. The glass top is nice and overall the table is just fine. However I’m knocking off two full stars because of the packaging. When I opened up the box, there was the Styrofoam protective material as you would expect, but it’s the absolute worst version of protective Styrofoam I’ve ever encountered. It had broken into tens of thousands of little tiny Styrofoam balls And they went everywhere. I will be picking up these little pieces of Styrofoam probably for weeks. I eventually took the package outside to finish unboxing and my entire yard is covered in little balls of Styrofoam. It’s the equivalent of one of those videos you see online where someone gets glitter bombed. It’s that bad. It’s the worst packaging I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

When I ordered this, it said it would be the walnut/brown version. But I ended up receiving the black version. So I took a star off for not getting what I thought was coming. But other than that, this was easy to put together and looks nice. It's a good size for my area and the build quality seems well made. It functions well to hold my living room items like remote, drinks, etc. and is a good height to my couches. The glass is thick and stays on well. Just don't lean heavily on an edge too much, as it could tip the glass. That's probably the only drawback I can think of. The base is mostly in the center area of the table, so have to watch out for leaning on any edges.

This modern style coffee table is beautiful and perfect for small spaces. The quality is good with a thick and heavy glass top. The color and style look just like the photos and the dimensions are listed accurately. I would not recommend this coffee table for those with small children as the glass is simply perched on top of the base. It's generally stable but I don't think it would be ideal for those with rambunctious kids. I'm pleased with the quality, style and value of this coffee table and I would recommend it to others.

I feel like this leans more towards the 70’s than earlier MCM. I love the look though, the smoked glass top really takes me back to my childhood. It’s super easy to assemble, you basically just click the 4 pieces of wood together to make the base then set the glass on top. The glass and base arrived with no blemishes, no scratches and the finish on the base is even. So it seems like fairly decent quality. I was worried about the sturdiness because it was not stable as just a base. It wouldn’t tip over but the base didn’t stay in a square. However, adding the glass made it stable and stay in the proper shape. I’m still going to be careful moving it but it feels stable. For actual wood and nice thick glass this feels like a great deal. It may not be heirloom quality but I mean what is anymore. It looks good, fits the era of my home and was super easy to assemble.
