Fits my athletic calves which are a little bigger than average. Heel is just enough to give a nice look to the overall appearance of the tall boot. Before I wore them for a family photoshoot in the Buffalo Winter I gave them 2 full coats of waterproof spray. No water stains. Dress them up or pair with leggings or jeans. Really comfortable, the material is soft and has a classy look. There is a stretchy material in the back of the boot which makes it easy to pull over larger a calf. The stretchy material is different than the front of the boot but not very noticeable. Great boot and staple for winter.

I really like everything about these boots, except I wish they were tighter. Everyone always assumes that big feet equal big legs and in my case that’s simply not true. They are the best I’ve found for the money and they look like they cost alot more than they do. They are super comfortable, I have high arches and boots are sometimes a problem because of that fact. All around almost perfect.

I just took the boots out of the box and it stunk like glue, but I’m sure it will dissipate when I air them outside. I wouldn’t return them because I Love them!! They’re soft and super comfortable and I even tried them on with socks and they weren’t tight. I love the little gold trim on the top of the heals and the zipper tab is gold too. They look expensive and not cheap. Even though I live in a southern state it does get cold here but I wouldn’t recommend them for snow. I’m not sure if a water repellent could be sprayed on the fabric if it rains. But I can’t wait to wear them with my leggings and my dresses!!! I may even buy another pair in a different color!

I suffer from several conditions that affect my feet ( arthritic) and heels, so finding adequate shoes is quite the challenge. These boots are the most comfortable, well made, stylish boots I have purchased to date!!! I might purchase another color!

LOVE these boots! I’m 5’2.5” and 145# with about 14-15” calves and these fit perfectly!! They come to above my knee slightly. The material is soft and beautiful. GREAT buy!! They kept my feet warm in 0 (yes ZERO) degree temps with medium thickness socks.
