The media could not be loaded. At first I was pleased. My tumblers come out great. But when it does mug it almost caught on fire. I used this press maybe about 16-20 times but for mugs twice and both times it almost caught fire. Can the seller tell me how to send this product back

The first mug seemed to have some slight burn marks on it. It was one that was broken in shipment. So we moved on to producing our lot. Put in the second one. It came out burned so badly that the sublimation paper stuck and the mug was charred! I thought I had made a mistake so I tried one more. That one was even worse. At this point smoke was just rolling off the unit. I tried to turn the unit off but it wouldn't turn off. It was set to 200 degrees, yet it got so hot that part of the unit on the bottom looked like it was boiling and separated. I ran downstairs and got may laser temp gauge. It registered about 520 degrees with my laser at that point. I'm an engineer, so I wondered what was going on. Long story short, the unit stayed on, increasing in temperature whenever the timer was on. It wouldn't stop from increasing its heat. I took the above photo during this time. It quickly climbed from around 260 to 299. It should have never increased to 260 to begin with. When it was supposed to max out at 200 degrees it continued to climb. It just wouldn't turn off. Be VERY CAREFUL with this product! ... show more

It's simple to use and does a great job. I used to use a toaster oven for my tumblers. Now I use the heat press and its definitely worth the money. Plus it does your tumblers way faster.
