UPDATE: Amazing customer service. Reached out to me to make things right and was patient enough for my response. I did not have notifications on so did not respond to their communication for quite a while. Fantastic customer service. Will continue to buy your products in the future. I do not normally write reviews for products. But keeping in mind that this product is $82.99 outside of a sale, the quality could be a lot better. Having owned this case for 3 months, I have a similar experience to another reviewer where the left-side of the screen has poor touch sensitivity. It seems like the top shell doesn't properly adhere to the body of the phone. The Magsafe stand-hinge is also very thin, the metal on mine has already snapped on one end and the other side is creased already too. I do want to acknowledge that the Hinge-Protector that holds the S-Pen is a really good design that I do not see in many other cases. Fairly easy to remove the S-Pen and put back, the case's hinge also swivels smoothly upon opening and closing the phone. Having the front shell of the case also function as a screen protector is also nice for convenience and does a lot for the aesthetics, especially with the privacy screen--but the touch sensitivity afterwards may be compromised. All-in-all, this is a pretty good case if you baby it. But despite never dropping my phone, I am having issues with the build quality and touch sensitivity. I can't say I recommend this case for $82.99. On a sale for $40 might be "worth" it, I will reiterate that I have only owned my case for 3 months. ... show more

Not a good product. Cleaned the glass to install the protective cover, right off the bat i have bubbles in the protective cover.... not like "not clean" bubbles but like defective plastic bubbles. I contact the seller the same day i received it about this problem and they ask me to take a picture of the defect..... i mean seriously? Its ON THE PHONE i need to use to take the picture. "This is ***** from the MOBOSI team and I am very sorry to know the cover's issue. We also want to thank you for your trust in us. Would you please send me a photo showing the dots of the screen protector? That would be helpful for us. Thank you so much." I decided to keep it anyway, didn't want to deal with it. This gets worse as time goes on, actual air bubbles form around the defect. Still, i just ignored it and moved on with my life. NOW I was at work yesterday, phone laying on my desk, and I noticed I had a gap on the top of my phone between the phone and the cover. Turns out the cover is so thin between the top speaker and the corner I now have a hairline crack in the cover itself. It's not completely broke yet but it will be. I've had this a few weeks.... This cover can't protect itself how on earth will it protect my phone? I am now on Amazon this morning to buy another cover because I've wasted time and money on this one. I have owned many phone covers in my time and until now I have NEVER had an issue with any of them, until now. You have been warned. ... show more

    • Watch out for the week hinges

As much as this thing cost you would think it would last longer than 6 months It fell apart. The rotating ring, was meant to rotate and use as a stand but once the springs went past the point, there was no return and the ring stuck out from the case getting stuck on everything. The hinges were too small or simply not strong enough for the constant opening up and close they broke. The blue color was awesome, the stylus holder kept it secured while transporting, and it was nice looking case. Would I recommend it, only if you could get it for $25.00 Because it's only gonna last until the day you drop it and the hinges break. ... show more

excellent quality, durable hinge and snug fit. I like the color and transparent back cover. have not tried the mag yet but will update if issues occur. the mag ring is slim but sturdy w/ full range.

I'm writing this review after 6+ months of using this case. I am astounded by how well the case has held up to day-to-day use. One of the concerns I had was that the clear part would scratch easily but that has not happened at all - There is one very tiny scratch on it and other than that it remains as clear as the day that I received it. I've also dropped the phone 2x's since I've had it , with it once falling ~ 4.5 feet onto a stone floor (rare "butterfingers" moment...). Phone appeared to land right on the corner when it hit initially and there was no damage to the phone (or the case) whatsoever. Sides are grippy, cutouts are perfect for charging (even the larger lightning cords work with it) and it still looks great. Honestly not sure what more I could ask for - Thanks MOBOSI for making a great product. ... show more
