Great Quality! I bought these for my mother for Christmas and she loves them! Says they are so smooth and soft against her skin. They seem wrinkly when taken from the dryer (instructions say not to hard dry them in the dryer) but once put on the bed, the wrinkles smooth out. My mom is always cold so she uses an electric blanket all the time. But I have to say if you are a person that "sleeps hot" the sheets do seem to be cooling. While I was making the bed for her, they did seem much cooler than her normal sheets. Definitely worth it. Plus, we received a discount code for another sheet set in the package they arrived in. So, yes, I ordered a second set.

The sheets arrived very quickly and I was super impressed by the packaging. The manufacturer packed them in a beautiful printed box with tissue paper protecting them. When you start to open them, you immediately know something very special is packed inside. The sheets are so soft and buttery feeling. They felt cool to the touch and they are a breeze to slip on with the extra big deep pockets. I love that it has sewn in tags identifying the sides and top. Tonight I will be testing them out to see how they do tonight.

Only had for a short time, but so far so good. Feel MUCH cooler than any other sheets I've had. Being we got them in winter, it is almost too cold at first when you get in bed. They do warm up after laying in for a while, but still feel cooler than regular sheets. Nice silky feel, so far no pilling or issues, though it did leave some fuzz underneath when I changed them for the first time be I think that is likely just because they are still new, but something to monitor over time. Has very specific wash & dry instructions: Cold wash, gentle, then low setting on dryer and don't fully dry in the dryer which is a bit tricky to allow to finish air drying as we have King size.

UPDATE: Their customer service in response to my quality issue was excellent. I'm receiving a replacement set so am upgrading the review to 3 stars. If all goes well, I'll increase the stars again because otherwise I've been very pleased with the sheets. The packaging and documentation was very classy, tasteful and high quality. Well thought out and well done. Out of the package, I was truly amazed at the look and feel of the fabric, particularly for the price. I've paid much more for sheets that didn't come close in those regards. As I installed them on my bed, I got more excited. My excitement tanked when I noticed very visible "spotty" stains on the flat sheet. It was isolated to an area of about 12" in diameter but was there nonetheless. The sheets were never washed out of the box. I'll keep them as I got them at a good price and the stains won't be visible under my comforter. They're my first bamboo-based sheets, so I'll just use them as a test set to decide if it's for me. I doubt I'd buy this brand again though.
