I wanted to love this. But it just had so many problems. Despite what they say the mac functionality is terrible, didn't matter what mac, new or old, none of them worked well, but at least it did display something, even if the resolution and refresh rate were poor. Then it just stopped working, and customer service won't answer my calls or emails. Strongly advise staying away from this manufacturer.

First I’d like to start mentioning that I own an LG Dual Up and I love it and was looking for an improvement in size. I knew I was getting less pixels here and that was something that I didn’t like but I may have been able to live with that if not for the following: 1.-You need to either use 2 cables or install software to use only 1 2.-after installing it I was sure my Belkin Thunderbolt 4 would do the work but no… you have to use cable with a red tape they send! Issue here is that they send a USB-c to USB-a cable with an adapter to USB-c, all feels super cheap and the connection worked randomly with my laptop, of course I’m not sure if it’s a defective cable, or the adapter but what tech company in 2023 even thinks about sending that cable? At least should have been all USB-c all and then an adapter to USB-a for anyone with outdated equipment. Speakers and camera are a great idea but speakers are just ok and being behind the monitor it just makes it sound subpar. Maybe I would consider buying this again in the future with more resolution and with those issues solved but as of now I just need something that works.

I'm very pleased with the monitor's performance and useability. When I connected the Duo to my laptop for the first time, I had a calibration issue, which was resolved quickly by excellent customer support from California. I would buy this product again, for sure.

I just love these guys - everything they produce is of the highest quality and works exactly and perfectly as stated. I first got hooked on Mobile Pixels via Kickstarter/Indiegogo when they released their dual screens for laptops and delighted that I can no upgrade via Amazon for prime shipping! I got hooked onto their products from the beginning, not just because some of them are so portable but also because they are next level in terms of design, style and quality! I'm always working on multiple documents, spreadsheets, proposals, etc and it got old fast trying to do it with either one laptop screen (check out their deux max add on screens) or even on one monitor at home. I had upgraded my system at home to two screens but it was clutsy and messy and hard to keep tidy! I bought the Geminos to help make my remote working more streamlined, efficient and clean. At the time I bought one, now I'm thinking I need another!! That's how super they are. The quality of the screens in terms of text, graphics, games, videos, Netflix, Comcast Xfinity, you name it the quality is there - work or social. When not working I can surf the internet and 3 screens on the go, one laptop and my 2 Geminos. I usually have Netflix or Comcast on the upper screen, email on the bottom and use my laptop screen for Amazon, ebay, Etsy shopping etc but can fluidly and super efficiently move screens over to see things bigger and sharper on my Geminos. I have mine on my coffee dock and it is sooooooooo super neat giving me back all the countertop I was losing with 2 screens in the past. I'm defo loving this coupon here on Amazon and may have to purchase a second Geminos to update my workstation in the other room. Set up was super easy. The box it came in was beautiful and truly had design involved. Everything was packed so superbly, neatly and carefully. I decide to keep the box as its definitely going to have a great resale value when I upgrade to their next model (Already thinking ahead she is!!) I can honestly say I had mine up and running within 10 minutes. It took longer to unpack it (without complaint I add) than it did to set it up. I'm pretty techy so never have issues with these things but I'm pretty sure even a newbie and a first timer could do it without any issue, including updating the settings on your laptop to decide order of screens, etc. Was a breeze and so neat to tie up cables behind the lower screen. Also has tons of USB space and perfectly sits with all my other gadgets I use/need. The monitors are large and so easy to adjust the settings (bottom middle of screen). The buttons are almost hidden entirely which makes it very slick and clean, something I love about it. Its so easy to move and adjust to suit your needs and/or if someone smaller or taller was using your machine for gaming or work, its easy to set, reset, etc. The graphics and quality of images and color are first class. It was Cherry Blossom season here in DC and the photos coming up on the screen are simply stunning. Similarly if you are playing games or watching movies (I'm currently hooked on Kdramas!), the quality of sound and picture is so good that I dont even turn on the tv some evenings and just watch away with a cup of coffee in my hand at my coffee dock! The text incidentally for translated movies and kdramas is crystal clear so also recommend it for that! Above all this is super good value for money, modernizes your remote working set up and makes you feel very modern and stylish. Everyone who comes in to visit with me has adored it and been super jealous that I got it first! Don't you just love to be 1st at something LOL Mobile Pixels are the best. They are super fast to respond to queries, deliver as they promise and have not let me down with any product of theirs I have bought (I have the Duex and Duex Max for laptops for when I have to travel for work but still need to be able to work on multiple documents and spreadsheets so I also recommend those products. I rarely get hooked onto any one brand but this is one I will continue to follow and trust! Seriously - once you stack.... you'll never go back!!! LOL
