Description

I am an independent mobile app entrepreneur just like you, and I wrote this book to teach you all my strategies for how to: - Get 100,000s of downloads from mobile app store marketing, and maybe millions - Save money by doing your own ASO (search engine optimization SEO for Android and the Apple App stores) better than most consultants you might consider hiring - Create an app marketing strategy outside the app stores by getting press coverage and learning how to promote an app using social media and social sharing - Make money with effective app store monetization to help you maximize your app revenue with subscriptions, in-app purchases, publishing effective ads, selling affiliate products and other strategies used by successful mobile app businesses - Create a successful mobile app business I wrote this book with all my heart and soul. The book draws on my own years of experience building top apps in my niche, promoting apps, making money with my apps, and then coaching other app entrepreneurs on how they can make turn their mobile apps into successful businesses. So you, my dear reader, are hopefully getting the best of all worlds. First, I have very deep hands-on experience building and growing apps. Second, I have a wealth of experience coaching and observing other app entrepreneurs whose experiences and aspirations are probably very similar to yours. I share all that in this book. This is a very to the point book with many actionable tips and strategies for how to promote your mobile app (iPhone or Android), make money from your smartphone applications, and generally treat it as a real business. All suggestions in this book are based on my own experiences promoting my ownbusiness apps which at the point of publication of this book have cumulative 2,000,000+ downloads and helping over 100 other app entrepreneurs. I am an independent mobile application developer and mobile application entrepreneur just like you. I am not a multi-million dollar app development studio or a big company. If you are an independent app developer just like me, you can use the mobile application marketing strategies that I outline in this short book. Many of the strategies are simple and effective, and you can begin working on them as early as today. There are a total of over 20 strategies to promote your apps in the book. They all worked for my apps. Since all apps are different, you will have to see which of the strategies will work well for you. Most of the strategies should be effective for you. Get the book now, and become a pro at app store marketing (app store SEO which is otherwise known as ASO), and start increasing the downloads for your app as early as today! Here are some of the most common types of apps that get planned and promoted using this book: games, especially puzzle game apps, productivity apps, social apps, photo sharing apps, business apps, and event planning apps. Who this book is ideal for: this book is ideal for first-time mobile app entrepreneurs. It is best to get this book before you start working on your mobile app because this book can give you many strategies or tell you about many pitfalls for your app that you may not foresee if this is your first app business. Go ahead, and get the book, and let's get you on the road to mobile app success. Read more

  • Amazing
Fantastic book — took less than a day to read and it has me feeling like a pro. Very objective and scientific approach. One of the most helpful books I’ve ever read.

  • Great and straight to the point
I gave this book a 5 star because I am a novice and have no experience in the tech world sort of like a dinosaur of the new tech age To my surprise I finished the book in 2 days understood and started using many of the tech words I learned in the book and now have a clear idea of how to move forward with my App business event hough I had no previous knowledge of this business. The book is straight forward it gives you tons of info and it does not gives hopes on becoming a millionaire on the contrary it opens your eyes into being prepared for a real uphill journey which to me is priceless as an entrepreneur. Thank you and God bless you Alex. ... show more

  • Very informative for whoever starting an app business
The book covers "how to start an app business and generate downloads" rather than ASO only. cons 1. it is not treating app marketing only, it touches other important areas as whether you should start with android or ios when budget is tight. 2. I wonder if there's a way of measuring the output after you improve your onsite ASO (app description and such) but the book doesn't mention how to measure them or even if it's possible to measure (I guess it's because there's no way to measure but.. still.good to be explicit) pros 1. As a developer/service owner myself for over 5 years, I could feel that he is really telling what he've experienced, and I believe it is very informative to whoever 's in the early stage of doing app business 2. very easy to read and gives explicit strategy you can implement and the reason why the author believes that it's going to work. I would definately recommend the book if someone wants to start an app business ... show more

  • Very good introduction that covers almost all aspects
This books introduces you with the theory of how difficult it is to build your own app. Either be a developer or find a developer partner or forget about it, because getting an app built is going to take tens and thousands of dollars. I was a little disappointed by that, although that may very well be true. The marketing and monetizing strategies mentioned are definitely good for the beginners, but you won't find any novel techniques here. Overall a good basic app marketing and monetizing book. I would recommend this for beginners. Update: I finished the book and I read other resources and have found that this book covers a lot about app mobile and the concepts that i see other people use quite successfully. So I am definitely happy with all the information that was provided. I am subscribed to an online service and I just attended a webinar on it. The webinar was designed to help us make better decisions on a certain field that this service relates to. At the end the person tried to sell his guided coursework. So it seems many of the things discussed in this book are very commonly used by successful businesses these days. Thank you Alex ... show more

  • Well Worth The Read
A concise well-written overview of the challenges a small business developer faces when trying to find an audience for an app in the stores. The manuscript is perfect for a beginner who needs guidance. There are some intermediate and advanced strategies too. The details of many of the marketing tactics are the highlight of this book. If you are a developer, you’ll have to look elsewhere for coding advice, as this author recommends that you learn coding to save money on outsourcing fees. Most of the app store optimization strategies discussed are still current in 2017. Genadinik covers both the Apple App Store and Google Play although he is primarily experienced with Android. App pricing models are examined. Mobile App Marketing and Monetization is a fast read. It is well worth it for exposure to the tips you may not be aware of. ... show more

  • A very large discourse that could be summarized in 10 pages
It took me like 2 days to read all the book, not because of the extension, but for the repeating subjects that made me think that I was lost within the chapters. All the information can get summarized in a easy mental map of 4 branches and 2 levels deep. I had pay double just for the 10 pages and get metal map Author explain the same thing 4 times every chapter. Boring. The last part offers links to keep purchasing. He applies the in-sales technique in its own book. Sad! ... show more

  • Excellent Primer for First Time App Entrepreneurs
Being an app entrepreneur (or any kind of entrepreneur, really) is both the most exciting and stressful thing I've ever experienced. As I recently launched my first app, I wanted to get a book that would introduce me to some ideas on how to market and monetize my app. Alex's book was exactly that. The book goes deep into several ways you can start marketing your app and gives you many great tips into ASO (App Store Optimization), which is probably the most fundamental marketing tool you should invest in. It also made some recommendations of how to do keyword research and even which tools to use. I'm currently implementing his strategies and learning more, which I'm confident will give me a boost in the App Store. Overall, the book is a great introduction into the app world and I fully recommend it! Lastly, Alex is very responsive and we have exchanged a couple of emails already. You can tell he really cares about his readers/Udemy students. Get this book if you are an app entrepreneur! ... show more
