It takea bit of fiddling to get used to the controls. The booklet isn't as descriptive as I would like. It's not as strong as a planet fitness chair, which I is the only kind of massage chairI have used. I will say I like it though. The squeeze on the arms is very strong which i like. The seat doesn't have roller balls. It is more of a vibrating pad. Very annoying. You can turn it off though. The bluetooth is very nice. Put on some relating spa soundsand it is heavenly. I had buyers remorse until I fiddled with the controls. After playing with it, I am satisfied. Don't let your friends try it. They won't leave 😂. I paid 900.00 I would have been happier at 700.00. I do recommend getting an a asurion warranty. Just in case. I thought something was wrong as the foot of the zero gravity didn't lift as high as I would like. Doesnt lift your feet to the park of your heart. It doesn't have full body zero gravity. Also lack of instructions and no easy way to find info online is upsetting. Wish i could turn off the blue light. Also the control panel needs a backlight to the touch buttons. Overall worth it.

It’s very nice that it’s already assemble for you. That saves me a bunch of time. Sitting on this chair feels absolutely exquisite. I really also like the fact that it has a speaker built in so I can listen to music. The massaging function itself is also amazing. The sensation of getting out the bath and relaxing on the massage chair is out of this world. The zero gravity is a weird feeling but it’s a very pleasant one to say the least. We struggled a little to get it around the house. It was probably scratched a couple times but there was no marks left on the chair, really good material!

We LOVE this chair and it works so well. I will say if you’re a plus size person this chair is not meant for you. While my husband and I fit great in it, 6’2 165lbs and 5’7 135, we have friends and family that cannot fit in it comfortably.
