The product is exactly as described in the product details, stable for new born baby, easy to install but the mesh clip is so tight, took me a couple of mins to clip it on. The cushion is about an inch thick, good enough to support baby’s back. The bedside sleeper mode is so convenient to look after baby at night and no need to worry about the bed moving after you press the wheel brake. Highly recommend!

This is far too cheaply made for me to use. The side is hard to put down and it becomes even less usable/stable with the side unzipped. The side doesn't zip all the way down so baby isnt level with the side of bed. It doesn't feel sturdy enough for actual use. My 6 pound baby was too much. Very disappointed. Had to return it. Color is too neutral for baby but i knew that when i bought it. For some reason baby stuff is mostly gray this year which is not great for mental stimulation. Baby needs bright colors.

***Updated from 3 stars because their customer service is top notch and reach out to me to get my issues reconciled and have no further complaints. Perfect for baby to have a safe space to sleep on their own, while still getting the feel of cosleeping. Got this one for the under basket, as a place to keep swaddles/ blankets/ diapers/ etc. But the access between the bassinet and storage basket is TINY. The only way to access the basket is by lifting up the bassinet part, so you can't access anything if baby is in, rendering the storage basket as rather useless

I am not impressed with the material quality. The mattress is very hard and our baby is restless when lying on it compared to her crib and bassinet. The plastic mobile is basically impossible to disassemble after you put it together.

I like that this bassinet is priced reasonably. The cradle bar is a nice feature and is easy to use. It arrives wrapped in plastic inside a big box. The bassinet requires a little assmebly but it isn't bad. The pictures show that there is a design inside the bssinet, but it doesn't really show it clearly. In person it is colorful dots with little crowns. The pictures do not show the colors unless you really zoom in, as some of the dots could pass as a light red or pink. I do think that the inside of bassinets should be more clearly shown in the ads. The mattress pad was very thin and easily squished with my fingers, so I'd probably add something or switch it out.

Our baby will be arriving soon and we are searching the baby bassinet currently. This one came up because we are looking for day bed that we can also put it next to our bed later during the night time. The setup went really well, super easy and has all detailed instruction. I also love the storage on the bottom of the bed that allows us to put stuff there.
