Santa bought this for my son for Christmas. Everything needs to be assembled but the boxes don’t correspond with what the pieces are named. I have no musical/drumming experience so it took a minute to make sure we were using the appropriate pieces. My biggest complaint is there is no setting for noise level. So a child can easily turn the volume up to high and damage their ears.

This was perfect for my son or even me. When I say size wise anyone could use the I’m 100% serious. My son was 4 and I’m 5’3”. I’ve had grown men even try them out while we had little family parties. My son enjoyed turning on YouTube and playing a long but it is also perfect for parents that aren’t ready for acoustic ones just yet. They have lasted long than a year so far and multiple kids ranging from 4-15 have played on them. Would highly recommend.

Got this for my son’s 15th birthday. He loves it! I can only hear him tapping the drum sticks and nothing else but it’s not a loud noise either. Very durable and takes up a nice space in his room but he doesn’t mind.

This is a truly a good beginners drum set. It is affordable , easy to use, and take up little space. However, do not expect this to be anything like a real drum set or comparable to those more expensive in the 500-1000 range. The bass drum pedal is always moving and not staying fixed. The snare drum only make 1 sound, whether better models have 2-3 sounds (ie. (head, rim or click)
