This is a sturdy duvet cover. I am very impressed with the quality of fabric. After a few washes this is going to be so soft. I love the colors and even my husband loves it. I will buy other covers from this brand again in the future. Great quality

3.5 stars rounded up. This duvet cover is SO pretty and I was so excited about it, but we ultimately took it off our bed after only about 2 months. The king size is pretty small. It barely covered our whole bed even though our duvet is oversized. It's not super soft, but the quality feels nice. Unfortunately, the color transferred like crazy and the fur on our cats stomach turned blue, as did the bottom of our bathtub from the dye washing off while we showered so we decided to put it away. ... show more

Finally! After 4 tries (returning them all) to find a Cotton Duvet set as beautiful and accurately described as in the Amazon ad, I found it! This Chinese mfd product lives up to its hype in their description: exquisite decoration impressive array of color & pattern high quality The fabric is cotton sateen soft. The colors and print are BoHo stunning! The contruction is well made. I luv that the opening is a dual direction *zipper* allowing it to be opened/closed from either end, and that it does *not* have buttons! I only wish they'd had a Full size available, but I had to settle for the larger Queen size. I found the pricing to be commensurate with the wonderful quality. I got the green ferns. It's a more of a muted color, a little less rich in color than in the photos, but still very pretty. The material is sooooo soft, feels great against the skin. The zipper appears sturdy. I recommend this duvet cover.

    • Must iron and too small for a standard king size bed

It is beautiful but to get the sheen of the fabric after washing, you must iron it. Steaming only gets the wrinkles out but it doesn’t press the fabric to get the sateen look. I have had it for almost 2 years now but I don’t use it very often for 2 reasons: ironing it is too time consuming, and the king size doesn’t cover the sides of the bed. It is plenty long enough but not wide enough so the sheets show underneath on the sides of the bed. It looks incomplete. Even if you order the California King it is still the same width. The king size would fit a queen bed and cover the sides completely. Our mattress is 14” thick. Otherwise it is beautiful. I like the ties inside but after a few months a bunch of them fell off and I had to sew them back on. The colors and fabric are gorgeous, but I am not impressed with the quality of the workmanship. ... show more
