Love the packaging and the extra clip between the bottle and pump. Sadly the scent was kind of over powering for me with a strong citrus smell. My skin is oil combo sensitive asian skin. Even so i wanted to give it a try because of the positive reviews and the company mission. Sadly my skin didnt react well. My skin turned red and hot after the wash. Scared me. I had to cool my face down with ice. I wanted to like it because it seems like something different and good for summer because my krave cleanser was too gentle for summer. I've been trying to get away from Neutrogena products for a variety of reasons (including - but not limited to - all the unnecessary garbage packed into their products, their animal testing, and generally irresponsible corporate practices), but my oily skin has made it difficult to find an alternative that won't turn my face into a shiny acne factory. Enter Naturium Facial Cleanser! This stuff is light, clean, and gentle...and even smells super refreshing and natural. This is truly beautiful cleanser, first one I’m ever repurchasing. I tend to skip around on cleansers and never use one consistently because I’m never 100% satisfied with one. But this one is perfect. I notice a difference in the clarity and overall brightness and glow when I use this. The cleansing experience is something I look forward to as well, a nice luxurious lather and subtle herbal/citrus scent that’s very soothing. I have sensitive, very acne prone, combination skin. I am a 48 year old female with skin that just can’t make up its mind, and I needed something gentle and non-toxic (yeah, go read the list of ingredients on the cheap stuff, it’s enlightening). Light feel, breathable scent, and delicate cleansing - and you aren’t poisoning your skin, which is a bonus. You will still need to treat/tone/moisturize afterwards, but you won’t feel like your skin wants to peel off due to having every shred of oil stripped from the surface of your skin - yes, that’s the *tight* feeling you get when your skin ran out of oil. Don’t do that to your skin, it knows it’s dry and starts pumping out more oil - skin is a *living* thing, it’s not like polyester which will outlive all of us, I’m sure. ... show more

Fyi I've only used this cleanser for a week so far but these are my initial thoughts: 1. This is the first out of numerous cleaners that has not left my sensitive combination skin irritated or with that horrible tight feeling. 2. I only need one pump for my whole face and neck so this should last a long time. It also lathers pretty well! 3. Leaves my face feeling hydrated and pillowy soft but also well cleansed. 4. This cleanser has no added fragrance but does have a very mild scent which is due took the combination of the bergamot and other fruit oils. I get migraines from most scented products but this one doesn't even register with me which I am very thankful for! 5. I do hope they come out with a version without the bergamot oil to eliminate the possibility of skin irritation for everyone. I will update later if there are any issues but so far this one is a keeper! 6 Months Later and this is now my staple cleanser! It calms any irritation that I am having unlike any other cleanser that I have been using. Plus it lasts me a really long time! ... show more

    • Good cleanser but not 100% what I need
This seems like an effective cleanser but I prefer my Origins "Checks & Balances" that feels like my skin is cleaner after using. I use the Naturium cleanser if i need to wash my face mid-day or evening, after a workout, gardening, cleaning, etc. It has a nice scent, but I haven't noticed if it's doing anything beneficial for my skin. I do love the other products from Naturium though - niacinamide, vitamin c, retinol - all good serums. ... show more

Ive only been using this face wash for a week or so now but so far I do really like it. Its really gentle and has not broke me out. Doesnt really have a smell either. I also use their eye cream which I love!

I Ordered this yesterday & it was delivered in under 24hrs with Prime, So, Thank You Naturium!! I've been trying to get over an allergic reaction to pine bark from re-potting my plants, thought I was being careful but must have touched my face. Been using a steroid cream for about a week with minimal results. My old cleanser was irritating it even more so I decided to try this. OMG, after one wash, the bumps are less than half the size so I know that this really gets rid of impurities & heals my dry, sensitive skin. This is the only cleanser I will ever use from now on! It's gentle & feels so good. I did have a tiny bit of dry feeling (probably from the steroid cream) but after a pat of rosehip seed oil, my face feels great. For reference, I'm 58 but pegged at 40 and have dry, sensitive skin, No acne, but have many allergies. I Love This Stuff! ... show more
