So, I wanted to put these gloves through their paces before reviewing. My previous dishwashing gloves were falling apart, and it was time to replace them. I thought the concept of these seemed gimmicky, but I was intrigued, because I had considered those silicone sponges in the past. I ended up loving these. They are thin, but provide plenty of insulation against hot water. They are easy to pull on, and having larger hands for a woman, this can be an issue with many dishwashing gloves. I also really love the tab on each glove with a hole in them. They are easy to soap up, rinse off, shake off the excess water, and hang on a hook by my sink for easy access and use. As a SAHM to three boys, my hands spend a lot of time doing dishes, and these are helping to keep them soft. I was concerned about slipperiness, based on some reviews, but I didn't have a problem with that. They won't scrub off baked on food, but I didn't expect them to, either. The only thing I would change, if I could, is to have the "bristles" cover the fingertips, as well, for getting into the corners of juice glasses and coffee pots, etc. All in all, though; would definitely buy again. Great purchase! I love being able to wash up my dishes with my gloves, and being a bit of a clean freak, I find them awesome for my method of double cleaning my countertops and stove. I soap them up with these babies, and wipe them down with my sponge (which requires much less rinsing than soaping up the sponge, first).

I first got these gloves for dishwashing. They work great, but there's a small learning curve. It becomes very slippery when soaped up, and I ended up breaking an espresso cup. That said, I hate doing dishes, but these gloves made it more bearable for me somehow. I saw that some people were using these to give their pets a bath, and I was worried that the silicone would catch and tug at my Maltese's hair, but they were surprising very gentle and effective! The gloves lathered up so well that I only used half the amount of shampoo I usually do, and I feel like I achieved a much deeper clean in less than half the time. They also squeegee the water out of the fur, so it also cut down on the dry time. Highly recommend for pet bathing, and I'll probably order an extra for dishwashing!

I'm a person who never used dishwashing gloves, but I wanted to try this type because I've been seeing them everywhere. Now these are amazing. They have a hole in the top so you can hang them from a hook for convenience, they retain soap while you're washing dishes like crazy, but also washes out easily after you're done. They're great! My only issue, and this is coming from a newbie to gloves, is that they are slippery, so it's a little difficult to wash glass items while holding them.

The idea is good and the videos look cool, but there are some serious design issues: Instead of staying rough and 'grippy' when wet, the palm-finger fibers become slippery, which makes it impossible to grip anything well, especially other slippery things: I've washed dishes with these gloves twice, and the dishsoap bottle has flown out of my hands at least four times and I'm constantly losing my grip and dropping dishes back into the sink (luckily nothing's been broken yet). Additionally, the fibers prevent me from being able to feel the surface of the dish I'm washing, which is bad bc sometimes the suds obscure the surface and I have to rely on touch to know if the dish is clean yet. In addition, fibers do not reach the fingertips, so the gloves are useless if you're trying to use your finger as a scrubber in a narrow, hard-to-reach places (champagne glasses, jars, etc.) The fibers also fling soap and water all over you. I have average-large men's hands. The gloves didn't fit and I used coconut oil to get them on. What they should advertise is "One size fits children, most women, and pre-/mid-pubescent men." Who knows, they're probably great for washing dogs. *shrug*

Overall, this is a great product! For a one size fits all, its super amazing! I have very small hands and I can still use it fine. My husband has a very average hand size, and he's satisfied with the fit. I mean, it would be nice if it came in multiple sizes, but its still fits us just fine. I love that I can put an inch of hot water in my sink, scrub anything off of my dishes, and load them into my dishwasher- I feel like I save a ton of water this way! I've used them for about a month and haven't had any durability problems, which is fantastic! When I first opened them, I was worried about how thin the top of the glove is, but it's no big deal. Of course, its still a rubber glove and its hard to grab onto wet glass with. As long as you're careful, it shouldn't be an issue. Personally, I love the color. Its a cute light mint color. It might be nice to have color options, but its not a big deal for me. The one thing I would comment on that could be fixed is that when I'm scrubbing a smaller pot or inside cup, it can be difficult to clean the inside bottom edges/corners. Maybe add bristles to the tips of the fingers or to the sides? Overall, pretty much nothing wrong, and I am very very satisfied with this purchase!!!
