  • WOW!!AMAZING PRODUCT!
I wanted to wait until I had used these gloves a few washes and attempted to wash them. All I can say, is that I AM SUPER IMPRESSED! From the sturdy, durable material, to the great construction of these gloves, this is a DEFINITE GREAT BUY! I was able to scrub cooked on char off of grill racks without having to Presoak them. IMPRESSIVE, RIGHT!? Not only all they great for scrubbing cooked on food and grease, these babies were also able to assist in taking hot dish ware out of the oven, and grabbing hot skillet handles off the stove! They were really comfortable and super effective! After sanitizing them in the top rack of my dishwasher, I tried using them in the bathroom and they worked like a charm! I think they would definitely be great for auto washing and pet baths! I definitely will be buying more of these AWESOME gloves! They are truly magical lol. ... show more

  • SCRUBBY GLOVES ARE LIFE <3
Okay, so y'all might laugh at me for this post, but its whatever. I saw these scrubby gloves awhiiiiiile ago on one of those Facebook articles "30+ Items on Amazon That You Never Knew You Needed" or something like that. Well, when I get bored, I love to look at those and see all the weird shit people have found and bought online. These scrubby gloves stood out to me and I threw them on my 'Household' wishlist on Amazon. We use that wishlist when we have some extra income and want to upgrade or add something new to our house. Well, I have badged Mama for awhile about getting these gloves. They look so helpful, right? She finally broke down and ordered them. Guess who was right? MEEEEE. I even just used them to wash a few things for dinner for the kids and it was honestly a heavenly experience. You need these. Your mom needs these. Your sweet grandmother needs these. Your evil sister-in-law needs these. Every freaking household needs these. No more sponges and rags wearing out and needing replaced. No more having problems reaching tough places when scrubbing. FIVE STAR REVIEW. ... show more

  • Better with than without
I have plenty of experience with silicon accessories in the kitchen and I'm aware of the benefits and drawbacks and I pretty much knew what I was getting into ordering these, but I had my reasons. Pros: 1) I keep my water heater at 140 degrees and after years I can keep my hands in it and endure the pain but it's not pleasant. These gloves are much thicker than latex kitchen gloves you might buy at the grocery and the hot water is not a problem 2) I'm so sick of smelly sponges, especially when washing drink wear. There's nothing worse than lifting a glass of fine wine to the lips only to smell that funky moldy sponge smell on the glass. Yuck. No worries with these gloves, they rinse clean and dry almost instantly. 3) There's no way the soft silicone scrubbers on the fingers and palms will scratch anything delicate. 4) It's really easy to clean and rinse the sink after washing dishes with these gloves. 5) Easier to put on than latex or plastic gloves, though I did make it even easier by occasionally dusting the inside with some non-scented talc. Cons: 1) These are useless for scrubbing baked-on or cooked-on food, you're still going to need a hard scrubber or brush of some kind for that. 2) Keeping in mind the above, though I haven't tried it, I doubt they would be much good for scrubbing bath or shower, but will provide protection nonetheless and will probably make rinsing surfaces off much easier. ... show more

  • Seem to work well, don't use for fragile things!
These seem to work as expected but I've realized they aren't terribly practical. They aren't as heat resistant as I would have preferred but it's not so bad that I can't use super hot water. Also, if you like to soak things before washing them, you have to think ahead and drain the sink before washing because all of the soap washes off your hands when you reach in to get other dishes. But, the biggest issue is that they have *no* grip once you start cleaning stuff. They work fantastic on silverware and things with prominent handles but bowls and cups just fly out of my hands once they get soapy. Luckily, we have a random collection of cheap-ish dishes, so I'm not terribly worried about it yet but definitely don't use them on anything you'd get upset about breaking. I probably won't buy this again once they get gross or messed up but I'll continue using them until then. ... show more

  • Really Cool Gloves
The quality of these gloves defiantly surprised me and my mom. They were well made and we love that you have the little rubber scrubbers up to the finger tips. Having the scrubbers up to the finger tips really help when trying to clean whisks because it is really easy to get to those hard to reach places with a sponge. It is very slipper when trying to hold plates or things you are washing so be careful. When trying to each pots or utensils that have caked on food it is very hard to try and get it cleaned. We had to use the sponge with the Brillo on it to clean those. Depending on the condition with your hands for instance my mom after 10mins she started to have hand cramps and minor pain. For me my had started to cramp not even 5mins. But I still love these gloves if it was for our injures we wouldn't have experienced this. So I completely recommend these gloves for non caked on washes and for other chores like washing your veggies/fruit or even like the bathroom, and even car. ... show more

  • These gloves DO NOT get anything sufficiently clean. Do not recommend.
I'm horrible about letting my dishes pile up. When I saw these scrubber gloves advertised I thought this product might be just the thing to make quicker work of all the dishes I had to clean. I started with my pile of utensils. In a way, it did seem a little quicker to scrub the silverware with both hands. Rinsing was a little tricky because just holding any part of the utensil leaves suds on it before loading it into the dishwasher. But I figured, what's the big deal? It's just gonna get soapy again in the wash. I also noted how awkward it was to actually pour the liquid soap with one gloved hand onto another. This was even harder to do later on when I needed to re-suds the gloves and my gloves were wet and soapy at that time. I also didn't expect how much scrubbing with just my hands would cause my hands/fingers to cramp after a while. After finishing my utensils I tried cleaning one dish with the gloves and gave up. It was way too hard to grip the dish, the gloves didn't seem to clean it very well, and I was afraid a dish or glass would slip and break, so I gave up on the gloves and went back to my normal dish scrubber sponge with the soap in the handle. The final and definitive test came after I ran the dishwasher. All of the dishes I had cleaned with the scrubber sponge with soap in the handle came out looking sparkling clean. All of the utensils I had "cleaned" with the scrubber gloves had soap scum stains on them or still looked dirty. These gloves DO NOT get anything sufficiently clean. Do not recommend. ... show more

  • Awesome multitasker!
So, I wanted to put these gloves through their paces before reviewing. My previous dishwashing gloves were falling apart, and it was time to replace them. I thought the concept of these seemed gimmicky, but I was intrigued, because I had considered those silicone sponges in the past. I ended up loving these. They are thin, but provide plenty of insulation against hot water. They are easy to pull on, and having larger hands for a woman, this can be an issue with many dishwashing gloves. I also really love the tab on each glove with a hole in them. They are easy to soap up, rinse off, shake off the excess water, and hang on a hook by my sink for easy access and use. As a SAHM to three boys, my hands spend a lot of time doing dishes, and these are helping to keep them soft. I was concerned about slipperiness, based on some reviews, but I didn't have a problem with that. They won't scrub off baked on food, but I didn't expect them to, either. The only thing I would change, if I could, is to have the "bristles" cover the fingertips, as well, for getting into the corners of juice glasses and coffee pots, etc. All in all, though; would definitely buy again. Great purchase! I love being able to wash up my dishes with my gloves, and being a bit of a clean freak, I find them awesome for my method of double cleaning my countertops and stove. I soap them up with these babies, and wipe them down with my sponge (which requires much less rinsing than soaping up the sponge, first). ... show more

  • Very flimsy and thin. Punctured with the slightest contact with a fork.
These were much flimsier than I expected. They were thinner than yellow Supermarket dishwasher gloves. The fit is okay, but they don't have any flocking inside of the gloves like a good quality $6 pair of Supermarket dishwashing gloves. So when it's time to take them off it's a little bit challenging. And if you were trying to take them off without them turning inside out, it's not going to happen. But the worst part is how thin they are. I was just using them for the very first time and being careful with them because I realized they were thin. I was cleaning off dishes to put them in the dishwasher and I barely touched a fork with the glove and it made a hole. If I had had bare hands, I would barely have felt it and it would not have left a mark. These gloves are a great idea but the quality and durability is extremely low. There is no way that a light touch against a fork should have been able to puncture any dishwashing glove. So I'm returning these. Hopefully they will make them sticker and maybe put in some of that white flocking to prevent the glove from sticking to hands. ... show more
