So, I am mostly finished with my second bottle of this product, and will be purchasing again soon. Unfortunately I don’t have clear “before” pics without makeup as I promptly deleted those as soon as I saw them. To give you an idea, I am… dangerously close to 40 and a smoker (don’t tell my mom). I used to lay out with baby oil slathered all over me to get that dark golden tan (in the late 90s early 00s) without a second (or even first) thought about any sort of sunscreen. I’m constantly dehydrated and my sleep schedule is erratic at best. To say my skin was looking dull and haggard is an understatement. After about 6 months of diligently following a face care regimen, I can now confidently walk out the door without a speck of foundation on my skin. This product is a huge part of that transformation. I think I found it as a [big French company] night repair dupe, and while I have never shelled out the cash for a proper comparison, I can now believe those that make that claim. Some people are put off by the scent, but I personally like it. It adsorbs pretty quickly, and the scent along with it. It leaves my skin feeling so velvety smooth and dewey, I never need to follow it up with a moisturizer, even right now when the heater is blasting 24/7. I do live in a somewhat humid climate, though, and mist my skin with either distilled water or rose water between the steps of my routine. I do rotate many products in and out of my routine, but this has been a staple of my night-time (and sometimes daytime) steps. I legit get excited for the last step, because I can’t wait to get this stuff on my face… and then just touch my face to feel the difference. If you’re on the fence about this product, just give it a shot! It has done WONDERS for me, and I hope someone else can benefit from it as much as I have.
