Upon opening the package it was packaged wonderfully but one of the protective end caps had come off and the mirror was broken. It is outside the return window so had to order another one but didn’t have anymore in the same size 😔. We ordered two other mirrors and they were great and very easy to install. While the mirror itself was easy to install (very easy for one person to do) you DID have to use a little bit of common sense as the "instructions" that came with the mirror were just two, tiny pictures. No words! If I didn't have a little bit of prior knowledge about hanging things, I may have panicked? Item actually arrived earlier than predicted and was packed extremely well. I was skeptical to buy a mirror on Amazon, but it was the best purchase I could’ve made. It is beautiful, and was so easy to hang with the tools and attachments to the mirror that were packaged. I would absolutely buy from this company again, and so should you!

These mirrors are nice when they arrive in one piece. I ordered 2 and one was broken. A replacement was sent and that one was broken. Then the only option offered was to process a refund and reorder. When I reordered the mirror was $40 more! Not sure what will happen if this one arrives broken. This company needs to work on better packaging for shipping in one piece. This is extremely frustrating. Sadly this is the size and design that my project requires. On another note: why does Amazon make it so difficult to get into the live chat box?
