So this mirror is nice it's well made. I ordered it twice and both times it was delivered in a million pieces. Who's to blame ? The manufacturer? Amazon? Ups? I don't know but I guess it's the risk you take. Good luck or should I say better luck than me.

    • Terrible installation process

The screws to connect the mirror to the hanging bracket were too short to connect, and came right out of the mirror. Then I used a strong tape to connect the bracket to the mirror since the screws immediately came out. The tape didn't hold the bracket to the mirror, so the mirror fell. Finally I found longer screws to fit into the bracket holes to connect to the mirror. If it wasn't such a pain to send it back, I would just send it back, but by this point I've invested a couple hours and a lot of frustration! ... show more

    • Styrofoam? No screws! Staples, staples, staples!

Mirror arrived in good condition. Not much choice with the ridiculous packaging of layers upon layers of styrofoam and stapled-on cardboard. Took me literally 20 minutes to open this thing. Guess shipping a mirror needs all that, though. Not sure about all the staples, though. Unbelievable. THEN, I finally get it all open, and there are NO SCREWS included to attach the door hooks. Been digging in all the packaging for another 20 minutes for those. Nope! Nada! This mirror needs the screws already screwed IN the mirror for you to loosen and slide on door hooks, like EVERY OTHER OVER-THE-DOOR MIRROR EVER. A lot of money for a Walmart mirror that makes ME do all the work! Should have risked Covid and paid $14! ... show more

    • Don't waste your money.

The directions for putting the hooks on the back of the mirror claim the only tool needed is a screwdriver. Not true. You will also need a measuring tape and pliers. There are no pre drilled holes for the screws, so to hang the mirror level you have to measure where you put the screws. The pliers are to pull out the staples that are used to stick the cardboard onto each corner. For every spot secured to the mirror, 2 stables were used rather than one, so there are 8 staples. These have to be removed because the top ones interfere with attaching the hooks and the bottom ones will scratch your door. In addition to the cardboard, the mirror is sealed in cellophane and then wrapped in a bubble wrap that was sticky on the back and nearly impossible to remove. And after all that, the reflection is wonky. I sent it back. ... show more

    • Good looking mirror
The mirror looks very nice and sturdy. The hooks are wide enough so it is easy to close the door with the mirror in place. I just wish they had pre-drilled the holes for the hooks. They were easy to screw in with a screwdriver but I don't like to measure things! Maybe this is done on purpose so the user can raise or lower the height. The manufacturer could put a few holes on each side to allow for a custom height. It is a nice-looking mirror and I would recommend it. ... show more

    • Not worth the price
The box it was shipped in was 6’ tall and 4’ wide. Way too big for the mirror. The brackets to hang the mirror on the door are about 1/2” to wide for a standard door and very flimsy. Added sticky foam to the back of the mirror and brackets to keep it from banging on the door. After heavy modifications it should be decent. ... show more
