The media could not be loaded. *EDIT* 12/14/2023 I was finally able to swap out the entire hotend assembly (issues on my end not Anycubic,) and I'm very happy to say that it fixed the problem. I now have a steady temperature reading, and that made all the difference. I am happy with the print quality now, especially considering I print almost exclusively PETG and that can be difficult to get steady results with. For the price of the printer, the quality of prints is just amazing. The clearance gauge on Printables website was able to print with steady clearance down to 0.15 mm (though the 0.15 and 0.2 had to be forcefully opened which isn't too uncommon.) I then printed some spinners and holders that came out great as well. I could easily recommend this printer. I could also easily recommend to use Prusa Slicer over cura on this one. You have to add the Anycubic Mega Zero as your printer (Kobra Neo doesn't have a preset profile as of 12-14-23), then adjust the build volume, change the opening lines of g-code, and the closing lines of g-code to allow autolevel, nozzle wipe, and HotBed OFF after print finished. For a walk-through, check reddit, it helped me considerably. *EDIT* 10/21/23 Anycubic reached out to me to try to fix the issue. They are going to ship the hotend assembly if I understood correctly, which should correct the only physical issue with the printer itself. When it comes in I'm very hopeful it will fix the issue. Will update when the part arrives, have already added another star to the review as a sign of good faith. Anycubic Kobra Neo is a work in progress. To start, assembly is quick and easy. Instructions are easy, but... THERE ARE NO ANYCUBIC KOBRA NEO profiles in Cura (the recommended slicer that comes on the preloaded micro sd card) to help you get started. I followed some YouTube videos and Tom'shardware to modify a vyper profile to be like the neo in build volume but all the other settings are not for the Neo which has lead to very odd calibration models. Specifically with retraction. Bowden (Vyper) 7mm setting is not right for a Direct-drive extruder and leads to fails, which requires hours of printing to dial in. This is a serious oversight. This is 2023, the least a company can do is provide working slicer profiles. That aside, it does print, but the thermistor jumps around +/- 10 C° every print. Seems a simple enough fix, just replace the thermistor or hotend, but Anycubic doesn't sell the thermistor or hotend for the Kobra Neo! Not at all... which makes this machine a throw away as soon as anything fails on it. In my case, straight out of the box... I want so bad to love this printer as it's older brother, the I3 Mega, was one of my most reliable printers next only to my Prusa. PLEASE ANYCUBIC help me get a working thermistor and I'll gladly bump up my rating. As it stands, all Amazon is willing to do is let me return it. All it needs is a thermistor, which should have been caught in quality control. Very disappointed, but don't want to be. Please help 2 stars for wasting 2 days of my life testing prints and settings to finally find I had a faulty thermistor from factory. If the issue were fixed I would gladly bump my rating up to 4 star for price, but unless spare parts are available I could never go 5. Even Creality still provides parts for the original Ender 3... what gives? ... show more

    • Great printer, check voltage settings
This printer works very well and was fairly easy to set up would recommend having a helping hand to put it together as it’s a bit difficult to get it right on your own but is possible. The printer works very well self leveling does work but I did manually change the axis before printing. Please be sure and check the voltage settings on the back of the printer it’s set to 230v and I had to adjust it to 115v does stall and not print when voltage was not correct. I found setting z axis to -1.94 was perfect in my case after a few tests, nozzle at 190 plate at 70 works best for me. ... show more
