Ok this is a really great phone case and the company backs their product up 100%! So I had this case for a couple months. I’ve dropped my phone several times with no damage to phone or the case, which is great and what I was looking for. Then a week ago I got water in my case so I took the front screen off to wipe it dry. While wiping dry the inside, to my surprise, the front screen cracked. I was just going to purchase new one however I remembered there was some sort of warranty on the product. I contacted the company to have the screen part replaced. Instead they sent me a whole brand new case!! I am trilled and extremely happy with this product and the company!! Great customer service. Pretty fast response time. Got the replacement case to me fairly quick too. I like that this phone case comes with a camera protective cover and it has a built in screen protector. That’s pretty darn neat! It really does work in protecting your phone! Plus there is a lifetime warranty for damages that may happen to the case! I give this product a 100% for its sturdiness and protection. I rate the company 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this phone case to anyone including my family and friends. Don’t hesitate or wait, just buy it and thank me later! I got my new iphone for christmas and needed a new case ASAP. It came super quickly and I’ve now been using it for 8 months. It is still airtight around the edges. none of the plastic is fraying. I’ve dropped this thing on concrete many times and it looks essentially brand new Fights around phone tight. and it came with 2 glass camera protectors. i just changed out to the second one today. As for waterproofness- I wouldn’t dive in the water with this thing as if I spill a little water on the top it tends to get under the screen protecter. (There is a hole in the top for the speaker, so I don’t see this being fully waterproof ever) Has a few scratches on the screen part, but I can’t even see them at all when I’m using my phone. No more buying $80 otterbox cases, this is my go to for anytime I need a new case. TLDR: Looks great after 8 months. no loosening of the plastic. Good quality. Strong. ... show more
