No mention in description that is an EU plug. No adjusting tension or stitch size or type. NO REVERSE so you can't even lock in ur stitching. It's DANGEROUS battery ran because you don't even need to touch the foot pedal for it to run. And yes the cable is THAT short to if u have eu sockets you would need an extender. Foot pedal only has like an inch of give so no speed control at all. Bought because of same day shipping and highest rated of the small machines, not worth it at all. ... show more

It's a decent machine but comes with no instructions for first time sewing persons and gets stuck and wound up a lot either from me not using properly or because it's bad quality I'm not sure.

I had a big sewing machine back in my home which had many design patterns and could make different types of stitching. This sewing machine is very basic and just do 1 type of stitching, but is good for beginners who want to start stitching and practice how to use it before going to upgraded stitching machine. Although this is basic, but it does make the job work done as expected. The stitching is strong enough and not easy that it will break again. Nice design, but this always need electric power to operate with or without foot peddle. This machine also came with the set up threads, bobbins, needles, scissors. This makes life easier and avoid extra spend on all these accessories. Tried with a few clothes initially and my daughter also tried it, it was easy to operate with the extension table that came with it. This is a fantastic little sewing machine, and it is little! The quality is wonderful, it is very well made and very durable. Fantastic gift for small kids, beginners, and those that are wanting to learn how to work a sewing machine and be able to use one. It is very easy to learn on and use, the instructions are great and really easy to understand. I needed a sewing machine that didn't take up a lot of space. I'm only using it for small things like mending clothes, but I've had no major issues with it so far. It's definitely portable enough, and so far has been able to handle everything I've thrown at it. My only real complaint is that threading it feels weird compared to what I'm used to.
