This mini drill press has a couple of significant design flaws. First, there is a stop lock cylinder that is badly designed, badly described in the instructions, and badly excuted. There is a scale of 0 -4 but there is no explanation of what this means. When the set screw is tighten, it doesn't matter what setting, it prevents the head from moving up and down. So, it's essentially useless. There is no contact info so getting help isn't possible. It's unlikely that the seller will reply to these comments. Second, the slots for achoring the press to a workbench aren't inset. So, the heads of any bolt used to anchor it will just get in the way. Generally, the machine seems to be reasonably well made and will work for my needs. Returning it will just waste a lot of time. ... show more
