It doesn’t spin properly. Even though I ran it several times for 5 minutes, the clothes were still full of water. Also, the basket doesn’t lock in place well and keeps coming loose. Even I put only a few pieces but same.

The media could not be loaded. You get what you pay. Would use it for a refresh not for real clean and would use 1 for adult T-shirt at the time. It's quite loud , the basket doesn't stick inside the lower part and the modality is 10 minutes or 5 minutes and a kind of drier for 3 minutes. For the dryer you need to install the basket. Box definitely was open, it arrived with two power outlets one for Europe and one for USA.
