First and foremost I want to say customer support is fantastic. The lathe itself seems to be of good quality. I just started actually cutting here recently, so I will have to resubmit an update after one month of use. I did find I needed to buy additional tooling and the such for my own usage. I was skeptical on buying a no name product at first. After messaging customer support prior too, the purchase wasn’t an issue.
