Doctor recommended these shoes. Price was much more than I usually pay for shoes. After wearing them all day and doing quite a bit of walking, my feet and knees felt good. These Bondi 8 Hoka shoes are very comfortable. They are worth the money. I can be on my feet all day in them and don't feel fatigued in my legs or feet.

After wearing them a couple of times, I found that they are a bit short and they kill my toes. I had to give away. A bit pricey. The look nice and are comfortable. I ordered half size up. Odd: the back are different colors. The left has a blue insert with blue trim while the right has pink insert with pink trim. Called Amazon and was told that's how they come. I did research on the web about the very best running shoes. I don’t run but I heard from a friend that the best WALKING shoes are actually running shoes! I have gotten such shoes in the past and that advice has proven true. But my feet are very wide—it is very hard to find a great WIDE running shoe. It took a bit of time to break these in—so don’t throw away your old shoes. But now I feel as if I am walking on air! I need a lot of support because my feet tend to roll inward. I am not sure of the price I paid for these but I am used to paying about $150.00 ON SALE for my shoes. A podiatrist told me once NEVER to buy shoes that cost $50.00 or less because they are crap for your feet. I don’t mind paying more. I can wear these every day (I got them in black so that I can even wear them under black pants at church) because they are so good for my feet. When you look at it that way even expensive shoes aren’t expensive (just divide their price by 365 days and you get your cost per day!). ... show more

    • As far as the fit and comfort, there is none other than Hokas!
I love my Hoka shoes. They fit perfectly, size 8 1/2. I have had many nurses ask about them. Even a woman sitting in the waiting room mentioned them.
