I ordered this airbrush kit to replace the very old Badger airbrush I had been using. I use these to do touch up work on my vehicles and for painting small items. My Badger gun is just too worn out after many years of use and is the very basic single action model. I chose this to replace it mainly because it's a dual action gun and has a battery powered, rechargeable air compressor. I, honestly, wasn't expecting the tiny air compressor to perform all the well. Boy was I wrong. The gun is very high quality, much higher quality than my old plastic Badger. The compressor is more than adequate for my needs- primarily thinned oil based auto enamel and clear coat. Having the tiny battery powered air compressor is a total game changer though. No longer do I need be tied to my plug in compressor. This model gun is quite a bit more work to clean than what my very basic Badger was, but I'm ok with that. Especially considering the much better control and results I'm getting with it.

I cannot recommend this enough to cake decorators! I bought it to do cakes at home. From the beginning the packaging is beautiful! There's slots for everything in the styrofoam to keep it all safe. It comes with 2 extra needles and there are multiple cup sizes. The big one is perfect for any decorators that mix their dyes in the cup directly as they work without worrying about having to do it again if you run out(iykyk). If you've been wondering about whether or not buying on it worth the price then BUY THIS ONE. I have worked with airbrushes that were 3 times this price and doesn't even compare in my opinion. I LOVE this airbrush.

I used this for nail painting…saved my life cause I’m never good at it. Worked well formed a even layer on my nails, it did take me some time to figure out how to use at first, but once got the trick it works perfect for nail painting/polish.

There’s a learning curve, y’all. Seems to use less than the luminess airbrush machine. The cleaning is not as easy, but overall it’s worth it.

The kit was very easy to assemble. While I do have experience with an airbrush,I am returning to miniatures painting. While I was using the airbrush right out the box,after the fourth mini was primed,the airbrush started blowing just air. I stopped, ,cleaned it,etc. It wouldn’t apply paint,just air coming out. I tried different needles and their tips as included, and finally saw that needle wasn’t moving when using the trigger. I went for a cheap setup, so I’m not surprised. The compressor works fine. I will buy a better airbrush and move on.
