  • The millionth bag is the one!
Color: Carbon Gray
I have tried a lot of camera bags and have a bit of a graveyard of bags that weren’t quite right in the closet. I have a large DSLR, a 70-200, a 100mm macro, and either a 35mm or a 24-105 on me at all times, so a full camera with medium lens on it, another medium lens, and a very large lens (I rock the Sigma 70-200). I don’t use speed lights generally, but could switch one out for a lens spot. That all fits like a dream in the back pocket. I also have a 13” MacBook that slides right in the sleeve in the main pocket and can fit extra cards and batteries in the little zipped area on the inside of the flap for the main compartment. I can also fit a speed light in the front pocket with all my lenses and thin laptop, but could not put it in there with all the other stuff I have in the front pocket, so make of that what you will. I carry my small field book the cords for my MacBook, including charger, external card reader and connection cord for my camera to computer. I can fit my fat little wallet (about the size of a deck of cards) and a canister of mints. I could probably fit more things like pens, sunglasses, my very large phone, etc. In the outside side pocket I put my phone and keys usually. You could put a skinny water bottle, but you have to remember that you are going to slide this thing sideways on your body, so make sure that sucker is sealed. With all that stuff the bag is pretty much stuffed right, but not too tight that I can’t access everything and I don’t struggled to get anything out. The straps for the tripod are very adjustable and sturdy. The whole bag is sturdy. I have not hiked with it all day yet, so I can attest to that. If I think to update this review I will, but it works great to get everything on my person and I can slide it down in front of me and have access to my gear and a place to change my lenses without putting anything down. FINALLY! I really do love this bag and it is my go to now for my Canon setup or if I need to bring my Fuji and my computer at the same time. ... show more

  • it'll hold all your gear.. it just won't feel good
Color: Carbon Gray
okay soo the good and the bad.. i bought this bag for a trip based on reviews of what it could be and was intended for.. perfect size for a carry on and can fit what i needed. you can never find a review of the camera you have and that bag you want so i took photos and i'm telling you straight up.. what i had intended and included for my trip with this bag nikon d750 attached 24-70 2.8, 70-200 2.8, 50mm 1.4 sb800. 3 extra batteries and some sd cards a cable an ipad pro in the slip holy $h!t was this thing not supportive for the weight. i ended up ditching lenses and the iPad cause of the way the bag is designed, it just hurts your shoulder.. YES it is a bunch of gear on my part i know this.. YES gear has weight DUHH.. what i'm gettin at is the way the bag is designed its not designed to carry the weight, YES as you can see in the photos the lenses FIT... which is great i was pumped when i received the bag and tried wit all in there to realize WOW i found the bag i’ve been looking for!! i've had/have tenba, lowepro, and tarmac slings that distribute the weight a little better. so it is def possible. yeah hindsight i should just pack less gear and get a backpack... onto the bag review. when opening the box.. the presentation is great info charts and fancy zippers. attachments and all that junk. i loaded it all up and was like okay everythings tight… but not forced tooo much, like tight where it fits.. not too much padding but not too little where things feel unsafe. i’d be weary of placing the bag on the ground with any bit of force, but then again you should know that with any bag. the straps seemed a bit light.. flimsy. weak.. and DAMN was i right when you put this bag on over your right shoulder to rest on your left there is no clip so you have to unleash the slack and then slack back up once over head which is frankly annoying throughout the day. the distribution of the weight just PULLS on your shoulder. there is a netting on the inside of the bag that if you keep anything besides cards in will get in the way of the zipper so you’ll have to pack that area light. having a tripod clip and a hot show will DEFIANTLY pull the netting every time you pull the camera out. so thats annoying too.. the zippers seem sturdy enough and have a nice pull string. straps seem like they MAY hold up but made for light use. the photos will tell the story. i will say. this bag is probably IDEAL for mirrorless light weight carry on stuff. which is wild cause it is definitely made to carry more then that.. oh and forget about a tripod.. the clips they include make the whole weight distribution all sorta outta wack.. i feel like they just threw them in there to appease another checklist of what the bag could be used for just ditch the idea cause it doesn’t work! for the price it just wasn’t worth it to me to hang around for a “maybe” bag. it was a perfect carry on with less gear then i planed on brining, it just wasn’t built with an avid shooter in mind.. maybe one lens a mirrorless a blanket and a super mini tripod.. so basically keep the weight of your gear in mind.. it’ll hold lotsa gear it just wont feel good. ... show more

  • Great bag for a light camera and lenses
Color: Orange Ember
This was purchased to house a Canon EOS RP and L-series RF lenses and it generally does a good job. However, the velcro deviders cannot handle the weight of professional lenses. Every time I use the bag, the top lens has ripped the velcro loose. If you've got a lighter system, like Fujifilm or the Sonay a6000 series, it would be more than adequate. I was actually impressed by the build quality, aside from the velcro thing. The zippers seem like they will hold up well and the T-shaped zipper grips actually do make it easier to open and close when your fingers are half-frozen. The front pocket is a little tight but can hold a few odds and ends. ... show more

  • Looks like a good design for a camera bag, until you use it NOT over your shoulder.
Color: Orange Ember
It's a good, well made bag. But it doesn't sit up ready for you to put things in/take things out. It doesn't sit on a surface in a position that makes it easy to swap gear in and out of. Over your shoulder, if you're on the go, it's pretty good. But it has annoying loose strap ends that have to be dealt with. Overall I think it's a good bag, but kind of clunky and a little annoying to use. It does make very good use of space, though. A good bag if you like to pack as much as you can into the smallest bag possible. ... show more
