This is a great jacket. I am not a fan of the leather motorcycle jackets, this fits the utility provided and is a bit more my style. It would benefit from some exterior pockets big enough for a phone. Fit wise I'm 6'1" 230 and have a long torso. I would prefer if had a big more length. Other than that it fits perfectly. It's definitely heavier than a flannel or a hoodie. Definitely feels like I would avoid road rash if I dumped with it on. I'm very happy with the purchase. ... show more

Probably good if you're built like a tank - I bought a large, and it had the appropriate sleeve length, but the chest area was probably the width of a 2XL, and the length of the torso was more equivalent to a Small, or someone that is 5'6". Aside from the sizing being terribly wrong, the flannel, the zipper and snaps and vents all seemed well constructed. I had to return it for sizing reasons. ... show more

I bought this to wear on warm days and as long as you are moving it's not too hot. I'm not sure how well the pads will work but the material is thick enough to stop most road rash. The plus side is you can carry two guns and 2 extra clips, great for going out to the desert for some target practice.
