After reading all the reviews, I decided to order this for my 9ft, 4 piece tree. Sure enough, as many people mentioned, it fit with some room to spare. In all, I’m happy with the purchase and it did what it was supposed to do. HOWEVER, if I were to redo this, I think I would buy two smaller bags. This 4 piece tree IS SO HEAVY and the bag is HUGE, so it’s a bit tough to get up a flight and a half of stairs to the landing where we put up the tree. Thankfully, we will only need to do this twice a year (to put it up and take it down). I do think that ordering two smaller bags, though I’m sure there would still be room to spare in each, would have been MUCH easier to pack, lift, haul, and store. If you’re considering this for a 9ft tree (or larger), I’d suggest looking for 2 bags for 5-6ft trees instead. That would have been a bit easier.

First time I've used a bag like this, but I was impressed with the size and quality. I had my doubts as to whether my new 7 1/2 foot tree would fit because it's quite full, 52" at the largest part. After fluffing it for what seemed like days, there was no way it would squish down enough to fit in the original box. This tree bag was just the ticket. The extra long double pull zipper allows it to lay practically flat so the tree parts, three in my case, could be laid on the surface, the sides and ends pulled up over the tree and zipped shut. There are carry handles in the center and shorter pull tabs on each end, so if your not strong enough to pick it up, my tree is quite heavy, you can pull it along with one of these handles. The material seems to be sturdy enough, similar to a plastic reinforced tarp. It is very large and would hold a tree bigger than mine. So far I'm really pleased with this purchase and will update later if it doesn't hold up or the zipper fails, etc.

For the price I paid ($14 ish dollars) I wasn’t expecting a made up bag of Corinthian leather encrusted with canary yellow diamonds, sewn together by ancient Ying tapestry thread. And, that’s not what I received. I received a very roomy bag made up of a plastic type tarp like fabric with nylon handles and the best part is, that’s what I was expecting and I like it! The bag allowed me to store my 7.5 foot tree which I disassembled into 3 pieces. The bag zipped up easily and the most important part - I could lift the bag to carry it up three flights of stairs into my attic. Reading through other reviews, I can’t help but wonder what people are expecting. Numerous reviewers remarked “how can I put my tree in THIS bag?” To those reviewers, let’s go back to the day you purchased your tree from a retailer; the tree was disassembled into three pieces, it was flat and needed to be fluffed once assembled, and I’ll wager the box you purchased the tree in was more than likely smaller than this storage bag. Please stop leaving negative reviews because you are too lazy to break your tree down and into manageable size pieces for storage all because you failed to read the most important descriptive term in this listing -BAG!! It’s a bag. It’s not a closet, or tub, or storage trunk. It’s designed to be light weight to carry the bag to your basement or attic or garage. I’m VERY pleased with this purchase.

very large, holds our 7-foot artificial tree very nicely, and kept free of dust and dirt while storing it in the shed since last xmas. one point off for the somewhat deceptive photo suggesting that it holds a nice rectangular shape; i dont know how they did that in the photo, but in real life it is a giant duffle-bag shape once the tree is stuffed in.

We barely fit our 9 ft Christmas tree in this bag with a lot of reorganizing and a two person assist to zip up the bag. My husband and I grabbed the side handles to carry it downstairs and a couple steps down the handle broke off. Not the highest quality. Hopefully it can stay intact when we bring it upstairs again next Christmas.

If your like me, you bought a Christmas tree and it came in a cardboard box. That box is either too small for it to return to or has been compromised by your dragging it from the garage to the house and back too many times. So you are now here shopping for a better option and you see these amazing pictures of this Christmas Tree Bag filled with what must be a tree, and think that it may be some sort of bag/box hybrid or something. But alas, it is a big beautiful bag that has been carefully filled with cardboard and packing peanuts to assist you in creating a mental vision of what you desire this to be. After having finally wrestled my 9 foot tree into this bag and zipped it tight, I stood back and admired my tree in a bag on the floor, looking like what a mental image of such a description should be. A big floppy heavy mess of a bag. On the plus side, this easily covers my tree with tons of room to spare. I do believe it will keep the tree clean, and it does have handles, but I would have gone a different direction had I known what I now know.

So far so good!!! My 7' tree fit no prob at all, in its 3 pieces of course. There would be room to put a lot of other stuff in the bag, however I plan to put it back up in my attic and it would make it too heavy and bulky. After storing my tree in the original box and taping it shut, it was way over due for me to get a bag. I am hoping it fits up to my attic ok, will for sure need a helping hand to do it. It doesn't "smush" my tree like the box did, which is old for the tree but may be bad for getting it back up the attic stairs and in that tiny attic opening. But for the price, definitely 5 stars. No issues so far.

Once you take an artificial tree out of its box, it's impossible to get it back in and closed completely. I was faced with trying to cram the tree back into the box it came in for the 3rd or 4th year and thought there had to be a better way. This is that way. I love that the material is like reinforced tarp so the branches can't pierce it, it closes so the thing doesn't get dusty in storage and the handles make transporting it a breeze. I still put the smaller pieces of the tree in a smaller bag inside this to keep track of them, but this is a winner and worth the price.
