The blade worked perfectly to remove peel and stick vinyl tiles from a concrete floor over 300Sq feet. You need to let the blade and Sawsall do the work and keep it at an angle that doesn't stress the thinnest part of the blade - which is at the connection point to the saw. I haven't tried it on any other surfaces so can't comment on that.. ... show more

    • Great for scraping up vinyl flooring and it will break, that's life
I am using this to scrape vinyl flooring off a slab and it's great. It's slower using a battery powered sawsall but it's a better option as a regular sawsall is really too powerful if you want the blade to last. I'm going to buy as many as I need to scrape vinyl in 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, it's so much better than all the other options for this kind of work. ... show more

let me tell the best to thing I bought. I do a lot of asphalt and the inside of my gate the asphalt sticks to it and it does A GREAT JOB

    • Good product but questionable application
The product is sturdy and I tried it on some linoleum that was glued directly onto plywood subfloors. It took me 10 seconds to chew the crap out of the plywood, even when holding at a very low angle. I believe the issue is that the stroke length of a sawzall is simply too long, regardless of the speed I tried. So while I believe this is a quality tool, using it as intended did not work for me. ... show more

    • Great Tool
I used this to scrape construction adhesive off a sub floor. It performed very well and did not break. I suspect holding the sawsall at a proper angle and not putting too much pressure on the blade is key.
