I have the 2426-20 purchased about 8 yrs ago. Solid tool but heavy vibration. After watching several comparison reviews against other popular oscillating tools from Dewalt. Bosch, Fein etc, I decided to pick up this M12 Fuel oscillating tool. In the reviews it out performed all even the M18 & other 18 volt tools. The vibration is probably 70% less than the 2426-20. It's amazingly powerful. Needed to sever about 50 extended screws. Whacked them all with little effort on 8 power without stopping. Cuts through wood like butter. Great value, speed & size. Can't say enough. Highly recommended! ... show more

I test all tools out before I buy them in the field ..I ask the person that has owned (said tool )normally for a long time …the tool normally looks like it’s on its last leg.. but works better that most of all newer or bigger setups…i was looking for a multitool this time.. a really good one ..but small and powerful. ((The M12 fuel multitool))This thing basically hits ultrasound vibrations!! blasting!through drywall like it doesn’t even exist.!!!. being only a 12 V system …my mind was blown! The combination of lithium power and brushless motor set up along with being a fuel tool… makes for combination that just dominates the multitool industry.. hands-down this is gotta be the best multi tool for the money. !!..If there is something more powerful I really don’t even care. It’s compact in size ..and doesn’t take batteries that cost tons of money !!and is very easy to use to make very accurate cuts ..and can be used for long periods of time without blowing your wrist out !!you can’t even find that combination without compromising the tool.!hands-down, the best multi tool you can buy..! ... show more
