  • Fabulous. Just buy it
Color: Gray
Great. Sturdy and my son loves it. He wants to be in it all the time to see what is happening at counter level.

  • Excellent Value for my Toddler's Containment
Color: Gray
This is great. It folds easily (although little fingers may get pinched...keep them clear and let the adults handle that part), and while it won't slide into a small spot because of the feet, it stays out of the way enough that my kitchen doesn't feel overcrowded because of the tower. My son loves dragging it to the sink to wash his hands or being able to help bake/cook with me, plus it lets him feel mobile while keeping him mostly contained. I think it was a great value for a sturdy tower, although I wish it had a step or something -- or that the cross bar lifted -- to help my kid get in and out. ... show more

  • Great product!
Color: Gray
This kitchen helper is awesome. I appreciate the sturdiness and durability. When I discovered the product only about 3 weeks ago, the price was at $75, so we jumped on it! In that short amount of time, the price is now at $125. From my understanding, this was a new product so they increased the price as demand increased. It is a very smart move to sell more product and get the word out! I love the color scheme of white and gray. Some people commented how they thought it was going to be just white, but the pictures do show both colors and the description states that it's both colors. It's very heavy and sturdy, which does make it hard to move around when folded, but ultimately, if it was lighter/particle board then I'm not sure it could withstand a toddler lol. One thing I wish it had was some sort of handle, or slot on the top pieces, to make it easier for lugging around once it's folded. There are a couple differences between this and the Guidecraft one. Some I can think of is that there isn't a lock mechanism when the standing piece clicks into position (I don't really think it's necessary since when they standing, it's not really possible to pull it up) and that the standing piece doesn't have 2 adjustable positions. I also don't think the latter is necessary since the Guidecraft one is 15" and 18" platform heights, but this one is at 20", which works great for us! Another difference is the lack of non-slip mat on the platform or the mesh piece on one of the open sides. I just wouldn't put my daughter in with non slip socks (they all are non-slip, so it's fine) and since the 3 sides are covered, I'm not worried about one open side that I can just face the cabinet. Great alternative to save a little bit of money on other kinds! The fact that it folds is a great advantage as a space saver! ... show more

  • Great with a few exceptions
Color: Gray
We use this toddler tower at the grandparents house so three children use it - age ranges from 1.5-4 years old. The younger ones have a harder time getting down as there is no step out but more of a small ladder step. It’s harder for them to turn around in a small space and get down but their legs are too short to go down forward facing. We usually help them down. It folds well and easily locks in place, however, there are gaps between the walls and the floorboard because of the way it folds/locks. It’s easy for little toes to wiggle their way in there ... show more

  • Awesome just one thing I didn’t like
Color: Gray
Exactly as pictures and very sturdy my only complaint is the feet of this thing stick out and I’m not able to put it as close to my counters as I’d like. Next time I’d probably pick one easier to clean too with less slats. Bought it because it’s collapse-able but haven’t collapsed it yet haha

  • The BEST Kitchen helper!
Color: Gray
This thing is awesome. It collapses smaller than most others, it looks great, and seems sturdy, with a durable finish. It only required really easy, minimal assembly. My twins are just barely too big to stand in there together now. I wish they made a wider one! It would be 5 out of 5 stars, but while raising or lowering the platform, with the kitchen helper fully open, the platform scrapes against the sides. I think the hinges are a little too tight, making the sides angle inward, allowing the moving pieces to touch. I carefully push the side out, to prevent paint from wearing. I saw another reviewer mention it being dangerous/unstable. I can’t see that being true, if properly assembled. It can’t tip over from normal use or a toddler climbing in, because there are stabilizing feet screwed in, *and* held in place with dowels. It can’t collapse, because you are supposed to lock brass hinges in place, before lowering the platform. Even the platform itself would hold it open. I still watch my toddlers carefully while they’re in it, to make sure no one climbs out, etc., but, as a parent, that’s just what you do. It’s a very solid, quality piece. ... show more
