My elderly mother broke her hip and during her recovery, could not get up a flight of stairs to her bedroom. She had to sleep on my couch downstairs for a few weeks. I was reluctant to place her directly on my existing couch without some sort of barricade for both HER comfort and MY peace of mind to protect the fabric sofa. This was the perfect size for my couch, and, I bought a companion stretch slip cover just for this pad. It was firm enough to act as a good mattress, but soft enough to be quite comfortable for her. Very secure feeling. Plus easy to sit on when we were watching TV as well. I plan to now roll it up and keep as a "extra mattress" when I have guests outnumbering the beds.

I purchased one, cut it in half to make 2 dog cushions. Using a flat sheet made coverings and it's PERFECT! Very comfortable and firm support. He loves it & now has 2 new cushions.

I’m making a cushion for a window seat. Didn’t want to pay the high prices for the foam in the stores so thought I’d give Amazon a try. Read tons of reviews (some scary). I finally decided to give the Millard foam a try. I was partial to it because it was fulfilled via Amazon. I ordered the 4x24x72 high density. It came a day earlier than they had said it would be delivered. I know a lot of reviews of some of the foam people purchased from other sellers talked about bad smells. This foam had a very pleasant fragrance when the package was opened and even that went away very quickly. The foam flattened out almost right away and the firmness is exactly what I was hoping for! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend the Millard foam!

I ordered this product for use in replacing old bar stool seats, along with some upholstery vinyl (purchased elsewhere) to cover it with. The foam comes compacted in a roll and expands when you unwrap it. It was a bit difficult to cut circles out of it with scissors, but cutting partially through with an X-acto knife then using scissors along the cuts made it easier. The 2" height of this foam makes for a comfy seat and it compressed well in order to attach the vinyl covering over it to the base of the seat. We'll see how it stands up to heavy use on our kitchen stools but so far it's worked great for our pusposes.

I purchased the Milliard 2" thick x 24" x 72" foam to top off the cushions on the couch which I sleep on. The foam fit over the top of all three cushions perfectly, providing a good deal of firmness. I've been sleeping much better since I added the Milliard foam, less fidgeting, and with much more needed support for my back and hips.The foam flattened out and sprung up to correct size within an hour of unpacking it, is of a uniform color and texture and is very well constructed. I think it was a bargain, considering how much comfort I've gotten from sleeping on it!

Packaging was great, no odor when opened, no rips, etc. so good there. Will use this weekend but did measure them and 1 of the 3 rolls I ordered was about 1/2 inch short on the width. Supposed to be 24” and 2 were but 1 is more like 23 & 1/2 inches. I can use it but the cushions being replaced are 24” wide so will do some tweaking for the odd shaped cushion.
