My fit bit already broke on the band connecting it to the watch. I can’t wear it after having it for a very short time. Not sure if anything can be done but as of now it’s a worthless, expensive, paper weight.

I like the Fitbit and got one for each kid to wear while homeschooling and confined to help keep us healthy. This particular order got one star because it came as a clearly used Fitbit resealed into the box. I am not happy about that and feel swindled. Product did not work. We tried for several days and would not charge all the way. Would charge like to 50% and then would be 0% in a few hours. We are in the process of returning this and the return label does not even have postage. We have to pay for the return postage ourselves!

This item came without any instructions. I have no idea how to use it. It’s also wildly inaccurate - I walked from the kitchen to the sofa and it said I’d walked 86 steps. Then I sat and looked online to find instructions, and suddenly I’ve now “walked” 93 steps. Sending back.
