Mixed easily with paint. Used only one package in a gallon, but package recommends that you use multiple packages if mildew is a severe problem. I have had very good luck with Kilz brand mold and mildew resistant paint, but my local hardware store said the mold and mildew resistant Kilz brand could not be tinted, so I purchased this product for use in my bathroom, where mildew has been an enormous problem requiring wiping down the walls and ceiling with bleach at least 2 x a year. It has been about a year since painting, and not a spec of mildew. I am impressed. ... show more

Own a bunch of condos that have no exhaust fan so we end up with mold on the walls.this stuff stops the problem

We use this product on our mold projects, haven’t had any complaints. But i find it’s very pricey. But i figure if it stymies mold that’s good so i dont have to remediate mold under warranty.

    • Greatly reduces the growth of mold/mildew
Works great to prohibit the growth of mold in an area prone to high humidity. Be sure to treat any areas with mold/mildew properly. Also, use a good primer before applying final paint with additive. Preparation is the key.
