I picked the shade of "Dolce" because I have a light medium skin tone and don't want too dark. It looks great. Gives a healthy, nice glow. It's not a shiny or glittery shimmer that I was afraid of. Just looks like you got a little kiss of sun on your face. All the colors in fact look to be very subtle, not over done. I bought the Tuscan Tan shade in this bronzer. I had heard such great things about it and had seen so many positive reviews and videos, so I was expecting something a little more exceptional. On me, I find it to be a bit powdery and somewhat patchy, and I was honestly expecting more based on everything I had heard. The color is also a little too warm for me, although I can't really fault the product for that since Tuscan Tan was the shade I chose. It's a perfectly fine bronzer, but there's just nothing particularly exciting or outstanding about it to me. I have several other bronzers that I would choose over this one. These Milani baked Blush compacts are great. I prefer more pigment, but overall, this is a viable alternative to the more costly and pricy brands that won't look much nicer. I have tons of bronzers and blushers that are pretty and offer nice features, but you might be getting something that you wouldn't want to spend the money to replace. I used to prefer creams, but I found them to be less long-lasting and less shimmering. This one I have here has a golden shimmer. These look best over mosturizer layer and then a foundation layer. You can also use a moisturizing primer, glow lotion, or cream. I like to use Amazon's gift service with customization. The loved ones who live far away can count on the deliveries as well. I expected more from this bronzer. I feel like I have to swirl my brush several times to pick up enough product for the color to actually show on my skin, so the pigmentation wasn’t what I was hoping for. It’s not a bad product, but there are definitely better options in the same price range.

I haven't worn bronzer since the early 00s and I've decided to bring it back. Milani is one of those companies that seems like it would be cheap but their products are low-key amazing and totally more expensive feeling than they actually are. I love the baked blush I have from them and this bronzer is also really really nice. I haven't quite figured out the best place to apply it yet but I have no notes. ... show more
