I love this elegant, beautifully simple dish. Perfect size for a small casserole dish. It's very sturdy and cooks well in the oven. The only thing I would want more from this dish is that I wished the edges were more ridged in order to secure foil paper over securely without slipping off. Glad I ordered this - it has already become a go-to piece in my kitchen for everyday baking. So far I've only used it to bake chicken and potato wedges, but it performs as it should and I'm going to try baking a deep dish style pizza in it next. Always thrilled to find classic white stoneware dishes, and I like the decorative border near the rim. And not just because it's pretty, but because it helps grip the dish when I'm pulling it hot out of the oven! Additionally, it's probably bad practice to cut what you baked directly in the dish, but sometimes I do it to save time and reduce dishes. When I cut in this dish, there were no dark marks (like you sometimes get in Corningware), and no visible scratches. I really love this baking dish, it's a great addition to my kitchen. I like the size of this dish - it's perfect for so many things. This is my new go-to baker. One of the great things about this dish is that the sides are tall enough to hold all kinds of foods. The dish itself is awesome - it is strong and durable. You can use it in the oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. The bottom has a built-in rim that allows it to sit slightly off the surface. This is a nice neutral color with a cute pattern on the sides and it will go well with any decor. I like that you can cook/bake in it and serve in it, too. This is a fantastic addition to my kitchen arsenal! It's a beautiful dish and it works very well! I've cooked in it up to 375 degrees already and I've had no issues. I've also stored it in the fridge after cooking, handwashed it several times already and the dish still looks great! The only thing I wished it included was a clear storage top...hopefully that will be something the company would consider adding in the feature.
