Why did you pick this product vs others?: Lightweight with more than adequate pockets Look: Solid color design in bright colors perfect for running, walking, etc. Material quality: Solid elastic waist and soft, thin fabric I love these shorts. I don't like lined running shorts and I hate, hate, hate the small pockets that many shorts come with. The phone pocket on the rear is horizontal and doesn't bother me when jogging and my iphone in there. I have the mini. Not sure if the bigger phones would be more of a hassle. YMMV. Also the front pockets are deep enough and the zipper is hidden beneath a flap if you don't like the look of pockets on running shorts. Short with a 5" inseam but not 80s short short. I wish they came in more bright colors, but I've picked an assortment - favorites are red and bright orange. I also bought the 7" which has a slightly different pocket arrangement but still lots of room and zippers, but with more muted colors. Highly recommend all their shorts! ... show more

Medium fits great. 33/34 inch waste 6 ft tall. Seems like very good quality. soft comfy. I wanted to find light weight short running shorts for walks, runs and bike and just around the house. These do not have the inner liner. That is what I was looking for and was hard to find something without the liner. I do not like the longer shorts/ spandex tight fit or the big baggy shorts. Plus was some pockets in case you need to hang onto a wallet, id or a key. They feel great. I also got the brighter blue and that bright neon looking yellow. That one is not see thru but you can eye ball the pocket liner. Where an appropriate colored under wear. we will see how they last but they feel great so far got em on sale. ... show more
