Pros: -has the most features for a $700 kit. -kick pad works fine with double kick petal. -simple sound module. -very adjustable rack. Cons: -hi hat stand is pretty short. -hi hat controller delivered with a lot of rust on the inside. -one 1/4” stereo cable didn’t work well (only cymbal edge was triggering. Problem solved by replacing the cable). -ride bell requires a decent hit to trigger. -doesn’t come with set up instructions. -kick petal only comes with felt beater (meaning it will damage your kick pad overtime) Summary: This kit doesn’t have much for me to complain about. The rusty hi hat controller is my only concern. The set up will take an afternoon, being that you have to sorta figure it out yourself. This kit is tall-man-approved, meaning me (6”5’) is able to comfortably arrange each piece. You can also swap a 10” Tom for the 12” kick, giving you a more accurate sized floor Tom. ... show more

Sound module is a bit dated. Still a good beginner set.
