Just got this dryer in today, but I like it so far. The controls are easy to understand and the style of the dryer is sharp in my opinion. It has a digital beeper that goes off at the end of the cycle; I haven't looked at the manual yet, but it's not loud like the dryer alarm I had previously. My previous dryer was a Whirlpool that was over $600. I had issues out of it shortly after I got it (i.e. the timer went out a month after purchasing and just over a year later it just stopped working). I was so over that dryer and just decided to purchase a new one. This one was on sale and with taxes I paid $420 for it which is a steal. I will post an update if I have any issues out of it, but so far I am very satisfied with this purchase. Midea has a new fan of their appliances for the time being! ... show more

I'm very pleased with this purchase. It was delivered promptly and in spotless condition. After buying the exhaust hose and cord, I installed it and it was been a wonderful dryer since. Very quiet, ample capacity, and fast drying. It seems as it will last a good while.
